They provided us with everything on a short notice, it was very clean and staff was lovely
We selected king bed option, however apparently booking peovides that option but the hotel doesn’t provide it unless there’s availability. It was weird but they accomodated us after.

We loved the modern hotel that has all the amenities, the nice and spacious room we received, the rooftop restaurant with extraordinary views of rooftop Athens and Acropolis, the nice but smaller pool than what is shown on the website. We loved how close the hotel was to the Metaxourgio metro station and that it is a few blocks from Psiri neighbourhood.
The pool hours were restrictive for those who sightsee and on checkout days - only open from 11 am and 7 pm. The neighbourhood and location of the hotel is a little run-down with lots of closed buildings. More should - could be done by the hotels and businesses in the area to ramp up the look of the area - plant trees, flower pots, add benches to the nearby square, etc.

We stayed on the 8th floor. The room is big and nice - specially the view to acropolis the breakfast is tasty and the view from the 9th floor(restaurant) is amazing- you can see all of Athens and acropolis.
Thy have spa on the 8th floor and it is very good and they also have a Greek Tavern Infront of the hotel - MUST.
We dine also in the restaurant in the evening - AGGELOS was serving us. The food, service - everything was above our expectation. A big bonus for the location- it is near everything so it is easy to go anywhere to tour.
The pool is very small and no ambarellas to protect from sun so we didn't use it much

Nice property, overall the stay was great. The staff is super nice and helpful. They assisted me a lot with all my requests.
The A/C was problematic in the business center. In general Greece doesn’t understand the concept of a working A/C in 40 degrees. It’s the same issue everywhere.

Everything was good. The hotel's location is very central: close to restaurants and attractions. The staff was very helpful in helping me plan my day sightseeing.
The TV didn't work. I had to call twice for someone to come and fix it.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast buffet was very good.
The rooftop bar/restaurant is very nice and offers great view and fresh air.
The location isn't very good. The hotel's area feels a little uncomfortable, and it's a 15-minute walk from most of the attractions and points of interest.
The facilities aren't very well maintained.
Also, it's quite expensive.

The staff was really kind and should be treated good!
-we didn’t find the third bed, instead a baby bed/cradle. When we asked to make it the bed , it took 2 hours and I had to phone several times.
- I found dirty glasses at breakfast
-we asked to removed the winter blanket but they didn’t and I did it myself.
- I suppose the communication among the staff was bad.

We really liked our stay at this hotel, especially the location. Just a small tip: If it fits your budget, I would absolutely recommend choosing a room with an Acropolis view. Waking up to that view — and seeing it lit up in the evening — made our stay feel really special.
