The pool area and executive lounge
The very limited smoking place even in the outdoor area ( standing no seating and very tight space). Smoking not allowed anywhere in the rooftop except the very tight no seating area

The pool was a wonderful addition to the Athens Hot Sun and served us well to refresh. Not too crowded, ample amenities and convenient access.
Breakfast was on the higher side scale rating and food was very good.
Hotel had a metro stop literally 100 feet from the entrance with coffee and pastries shops within feet.
The only thing I was not fond of was the bathroom and close quarters where the toilet was placed. To make the most use of space they placed it in a cubby corner and it took maneuvering to access comfortably. Otherwise very clean and a great shower.

Loved the location, the openness, the security was visible. Especially enjoyed and was surprised by the complimentary juice and water in the lobby, and the mezzanine lounge where guests can go from 4pm-7pm and enjoy complimentary wine, beer, juice, pop, or water along with chips and or trail mix! Their restaurant is on the ninth floor: you can eat in or outside- have a great view of the Acropolis, the food and wine were excellent!

Rooftop restaurant and pool is great! Such a relaxing atmosphere up there. Once we got to the right room we liked it as well.
They did not give us the room we book originally. Tried to swing it as an upgrade, the room was slightly bigger but did not have proper beds (a Murphy bed and couch). When we asked about the room the staff were unhappy and rude to us. But we had paid for a room with a balcony, and 3 proper beds. The bathroom also had a connecting door to the hallway so we did not feel safe staying in that room.
It’s a bit of a maze around the property find the rooms. And definitely did not feel like a 4 star hotel as advertised.
Area in Athens felt really unsafe and dodgy.

John at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, thank you John! Hotel was convenient. Beds were extremely comfortable. Good variety of breakfast. Nice rooftop views of the Acropolis.
Surrounding area of the hotel wasn’t ideal but that was ok as hotel was good, facilities good, rooftop breakfast great, and staff were amazing. Thank you very much.

Everything went well: the hotel's location was perfect, the staff was very helpfull with directions and questions, the hotel resturant was amazing, the view was great, the pool was nice, and breakfast was great. I had an amazing experiance and I would come back again and reccomend for others
The pool temperature could be a bit higher than it was but its not a big deal

Great hotel it was nice, clean, and had a good location. Delicious breakfast included. The restaurant and bar food was fabulous. Excellent customer service.
Check in time time is late 3pm but staff accommodated us for an earlier check in at 1pm. They were great.

We LOVED the suite, although the beds near the hot tub were not really comfortable for me.
All the amenities were a welcome surprise.
For a last minute booking, this was a win!!
Enjoyed the wine and fruit tray in our room.
I didn't like the twin bed set up in the suite. They weren't very comfortable.
I left my plug converter and night light in our room unfortunately, and was hoping someone would have notified us- but it was our fault :-)

We loved the rooftop restaurant and pool area! Beautiful view’s and very good food! The breakfast was also quite good.

Beautiful hotel in Athens. Restaurant's were fantastic. Pool on top of the hotel was great. View's from the restaurant and pool was breath taking. Every staff member at the hotel was kind and helpful. Rooms and bath were clean and tidy.
Rooms and bath were kind of small, but my wife says this is my problem because I weigh 265 lbs.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Stanley Hotel! After a long transatlantic flight, we were so grateful that our room was almost ready when we arrived—it was exactly what we needed.
Our room was clean, modern and very comfortable, with a fantastic walk-in shower. The rooftop bar and restaurant were stylish and beautiful, and such a great place to relax and take in Athens. Including a view of the Acropolis.
The hotel staff were wonderful and extremely helpful, especially with recommendations for shopping and dining nearby. One of their recommendations led us to a little restaurant just down the street where I had THE BEST Greek salad of our entire European trip! Sometimes those unexpected finds end up being some of the best memories.
Breakfast was also a huge plus—complimentary with an incredible number of choices. There was truly something for everyone, and it was a great way to start the day. Numerous coffee choices too!
Overall, The Stanley was clean, comfortable, stylish and welcoming, with helpful staff, a fantastic rooftop and a great breakfast. We would definitely recommend it for a stay in Athens!
Not knowing Athens neighborhoods in general, the hotel was safe but the block we were on seemed rundown.
