Gorgeous decor. Helpful staff. Beautiful pool area. Gio is a very nice restaurant. Great food & nice plush decor. We enjoyed the included sauna, indoor pool & steam room.
Location wasn’t great since there are some run-down properties near by. Not especially scenic. Bathroom was small for the $.

Warm hearted staff at breakfast service and at front desk. The spa was deeply peaceful and wonderful. The pool area was so well appointed with relaxing beds and lovely staff there as well. Just a wonderful heartful warm “vibe” to this historic and nurturing hotel. The feeling there of authentic warmth makes this place exponentially better than the Four Seasons for comfortable relaxation. Gio was wonderful. The gentleman at curbside with baggage was also graceful and friendly. We were so grateful to land at this gem and hope we may stay at such a place in future travels. Spectacular.
The noise of power wash and moving us out of the pool area one afternoon was the only issue we experienced, and we were just so happy with the feeling of this charming hotel and its people that we were not disgruntled about it.

Everything if it was possible to give the place 10 stars we would.
The hotel is beautiful, the food is amazing and the staff are extremely hospitable.
The spa area is extremely relaxing and the outside pool is gorgeous.
You don't have much to do around but we didn't need much else.

A fantastic experience, loved our stay. The pool is very nice and inviting, lots of comfy spots for sunbathing. The food was very tasty. The staff was just outstanding - made sure we arrived and returned safely.

The place is beautiful and the food is great, it’s very aesthetic. Ilias was wonderful and very helpful by the pool.
Orders by the pool took quite some time, was a bit slow.

The property is beautiful and comfortable. As a solo traveler it felt like a treat to feel taken care of and seen. The bartenders are amazing! Very fun to have social time with travelers from all over the world. My room was excellent. They gave me exactly what I wanted. Thank you!
