I had such a wonderful stay in Athens! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the rooftop is truly one of the highlights — the views over Athens are breathtaking and such a special way to experience the city.
The location is also fantastic. It’s perfectly situated for exploring Athens, with so many great restaurants, cafés, shops, and attractions nearby, while still feeling like a beautiful place to come back to and relax.
What really made my stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my entire stay. Their hospitality made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of.
Such a beautiful experience from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again the next time I’m in Athens!

The only thing I really liked about the room was the view of the Acropolis. The view was genuinely beautiful.
I stayed at the hotel with my small dog. The hotel accepts pets and even charges an additional daily pet fee. However, on our first day, when we went to the hotel restaurant for dinner, we were told that we could not dine there with our dog. They would not even allow us to bring our dog into the restaurant inside a carrier. We were told that this was due to Greek law. We looked into this ourselves afterwards and found that this explanation did not appear to be correct.
What made the situation even more disappointing was that we had booked a room including breakfast. Since breakfast was served as an open buffet in the same restaurant, we were not allowed to have breakfast there with our dog either. The only option we were given was to put food on a plate and take it back to our room. As a result, we were unable to properly enjoy the open buffet breakfast that we had paid for.
The room itself was small, which we were aware of when we booked it and therefore did not consider this a major issue. However, the shelf where the coffee machine was placed was so small that the lid of the coffee machine could not even be opened properly. We had to take the machine out every time we wanted to use it.
The hotel also offers parking and valet service, for which I was charged a nightly fee. However, when I asked for my car at 7:00 AM because we needed to leave early, I was told that there was nobody available. I had to go to the parking area myself and take my car out.
Overall, considering that this is a five-star hotel, I was very disappointed with the level of service and the experience we received. In my opinion, the hotel does not live up to the standards I would expect from a five-star property.

We had a wonderful stay! The service was exceptional—from the attentive front desk staff to the excellent housekeeping team. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was especially impressive, with a fantastic variety of delicious, high-quality options - and the view of the Acropolis! Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay here again!

Of course good location if you want that area. Unfortunately it is really highly located.
The only thing 5 star in this hotel are the restaurants prices and the staff trying to make up for the ageing facilities.
The rest is old, falling apart and overpriced.
Bathrooms are shameful, furniture are very old and not adapted to today’s world and a 5 star hotel. Paint falling off the walls etc…
The restaurant is way overpriced for what it serves both on quality and portion sizes.

Horrible shower. Euros do not know how to manage shower splash with their half glass doors. our floor flooded and the drain in the corner still allowed water everywhere.
