The rooftop restaurant offers an amazing view of the Acropolis and Lykavitos (Church on the Mountain). The cleaning woman, and dinner server I had were excellent. The lobby appears very 'plush', and the outdoor pool is awesome! Overall the staff, in all areas, were professional, accommodating, attentive and kind.
The A/C in my room, even though it was 'on' felt more like a fan blowing out air, in lieu of an A/C working unit. My room was a bit 'dated' and the room refrigerator did not work.

We thought the breakfast was good and offered a variety of meats, cheeses, bread/toast and beverages. The location was excellent and many tourist destinations were within walking distance and there is a nearby sightseeing bus stop. We thought the pool area was very nice looking and relaxing.
I would have appreciated if the hotel could accept our accommodation request in advance. We asked for a nonsmoking, double twin room on an upper floor while making the booking. While we eventually received the nonsmoking room on the fourth floor, the first room we were given was already occupied! We had to return and get another room. That was clean but appeared to be a queen bed, not double twin beds.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the rooftop was spectacular and my waiter really made me feel welcome and made the entire experience fantastic
My room was a little outdated and small. Also a bit confusing at first to find it. But nothing to be concerned about

Lobby , location, rooftop and pool are great
Staff is rude, rooms are completely outdated. They built this hotel in the 60s and it looks exactly like the 60s still. Staff is rude. After finishing my two 4 Euro waters from the fridge, I went to reception to ask for an additional two waters. Dude laughed and me as if I had asked the most insane question he has ever heard, " we are reception, why would we have water to give you" ... and laughed and scoffed as if it wasnt a valid question. Needless to say they wont give you any additional water and if the rooftop is closed you have to try to go find a store and get your own water. I guess i had different expectations for an alleged " 5 star hotel".

The roof top restaurant has one of the best views of the Parthenon, Ancient Agora and downtown Athens. The lobby has been redecorated and has many seating areas to meet friends with a great bar.
The bathrooms are old and outdated.

Location was excellent, staff helpful and friendly and they even upgraded our room! The rooftop bar and restaurant were imcredible and really just made the experience that much more special. Pool was great for kids and adults.
The only thing I’d say was that we had a big bath tub with a shower built in but there was no curtain so taking a shower proved difficult because it was hard not to get water all over the bathroom floor.

I like the rooftop over looking the acropolis and sitting having breakfast there in the am .
The room had a strange smell like wetness . Once the air went on it changed . I think it could use a long mirror in the room to look at yourself and a fan in the bathroom.

Not 5 star - 4 at best. No teas and coffees in the room, was overcharged for drinks. “System” prices did not match price on menu … did not rectify the error.
