The rooftop.
The Suite is not a suite. Its not even have a balcony. When i asked the staff, they didnt want to help. Also, when trying to pay, the staff didnt agree to do payments on the bill. It was weird. The neighberhood of the hotel is terrible. Value for money is very bad.

It was very clean!
I ordered a suite, and was surprised and disappointed to find out it's on the 1st floor. Even though it was a great room, it had no park view as mentioned, and was right on the street with a bit of noise from cars. Other than that, it was all great.

The bed was not a king size bed as it’s advertised, it was two single beds put together and really really not comfortable for a couple.

Location near to city center and park
I was extremely disappointed with the hotel and room. The condition, cleanliness, furnishings, and facilities were far below what I expected from a 5-star hotel and, in my opinion, closer to a 2-star standard. Considering the high price I paid, the accommodation was not worth the cost. I have photos documenting the condition of the room.

Excellent! Maybe the best hotel in Athens, Greece. Their customer service was above and beyond. The reception employees treated us better than our own families. Their welcome approach and ability to answer every question we had with even travel recommendations was amazing.

The location seems excellent from what I can see from the restaurant. I am here for work so I have no interest in visiting the sites and the hotel is fairly self contained. There is a park across the way that is good for walking.
The shower seems to vary in temperature and pressure. The hand held wand could be mounted higher and it would eliminate the need for the overhead shower head which seems to spray all over the floor. the room temperature is also inconsistent and needs to be turned off so that the room doesn't get too cold.

breakfast is good , hotel staff are very responsive , and food quality is good
room size , room view , room dosent has a full body mirror (for woman) ,overall stay is not pleasent as there are a lot of homeless and not pleasant people outside of the hotel pool area is very small . room has no soundproofing at all .
