The rooms are modern and well-appointed and comfortable.
The staff however are very welcoming, hospitable and helpful. They are gracious, greet you with a smile and are very responsive to questions or concerns.
It's close to the Metro, so easy access to and from the airport or historic centre of Athens.
The buffet is good, and the staff hustle to keep it stocked and tables cleared. I note that the guests' behaviour was quite disappointing - perhaps it was just a bunch of bus tours that were rushing.

Good breakfast, nice and clean room, very nice and helpful staff, very nice roof terrace and poll with breathtaking view. The hotel is being renovated outside.
You can`t access balcony from the room and the balcony needs renovation. It is 30 min from center of the town, but has a good bus connection and the subway is also close.

The breakfast buffet was great
False advertising from Booking.com indicating that the tax and environmental fee were included in the total price, but it was not. Hotel staff informed me they don't honor any conditions from Booking.com .Hotel offered me a better deal than Booking.com for another week And we won't make any reservations with Booking.com in the future

The woman whose reponsible for cleaning on the 18th floor was reaponsible and understand very well what is needed
The staff on reception are unprofessional and don't understand what needed. I have requested receipt for total payment and they were not able to do it. They prised to send by email and nothing received until now.
