Good location in downtown. Many cafes, etc. around.
1) Wifi was only available at the reception area (ground floor). No progress with fixing this in 4 days. 2) very noisy cleaning/housekeeping activities started at around 06:00-06:30. 3) breakfast food selection is quite limited.

Excellent location, central yet calm at night. Friendly staff, good hygiene, comfy bed… I’d stay here again for sure.
Water should be complimentary, at least upon check-in.

We had a family suit, 3 people, in Pan hotel. It was excellent place to stay in Athens. Best and friendly staff, specially the lady who prepare and serve breakfast was really helpful, freindly. The hotel location was perfect, in the heart of Athens and close to everywhere you need to see. I highly recommend it ???
The elevator was a bit small. If you're family with suitcases, you don't all fit there. We sent suitcases with elevator and the rest took staires. All was good ?.

Location for airport & Piraeus public transport, or metro to anywhere. Rooms very satisfactory, enough space for luggage, clean, & all needed amenities, a 24-hour front desk with friendly staff, & a great breakfast. Very well priced too!
