Location is fabulous. Right in the middle of the old town with restaurants and bars and shops
No lift. Depending on where your room is you have one or two very long flights of stairs. But if you dont mind that its great. I have mobility issues but It was still ok. The location made up for everything.

Staff were welcoming and friendly, they go above and beyond for their guests. Rooms were lovely and clean, restaurants right next door. Location is fantastic walking distance to shops, restraunts, buses and acropolis.
Lovely breakfast as well.

Stairs. My fault I didnt check but the rooms are located on two upper floors accessed by vet steep stairs. Fine if youre young but an issue if youre older with reduced mobility. It was ok in the end. Staff very willing to carry bags but just be aware.

Best location, pretty rooms (albeit basic), very friendly and helpful front desk guys, b-fast in a place across the square which was nice. Sitting with a coffee (shared kitchenet with coffee machine) on the balcony in the AM when the city wakes up ... wonderful.
Center of town (windows I think were partially sound proof) and old building (room door, walls) so not for lite sleepers w/o ear plugs. Maybe an idea for owner to hand these out.

This hotel is very well located, and the staff is helpful. On my second stay I went for a larger room with a balcony, which had a great view of the Acropolis. That was worth the extra money.
This is something I have experienced at other hotels in Athens. There are slippers but no bathrobes. These should be available, especially in the more expensive rooms. Since all rooms are equipped with TV, there should also be international channels available, not only Greek ones.

Great service from the staff and very well located. The rooms are comfortable and services are adequate.
Access to the property from taxi is a bit problematic if you have heavy bags.. Also the lack of a lift makes it difficult for old legs to reach upper floors.

Brilliant location.
54 stairs to our top floor room with balcony. We did know prior to booking so make sure you are fit enough to manage several times a day! The helpful staff take up luggage so thats a big help.

Location is very good. There are lot of restaurants right under the property.
The bathroom was really small. You can have good views only from few rooms. Do check with hotel before finalising.

The staff were easily the best part of the experience. Kostas was incredibly helpful and an all round great guy who was always friendly and approachable whenever we interacted. He provided us with great food and experience recommendations, as well as helping us out with the area and where to visit. The location was the best you're going to get. In the heart of Plaka, close to all the major landmarks and with plenty of great restaurants and Tavernas nearby. The bed was also probably the most comfortable beds we have slept in. The room was always perfectly cleaned and presented, which is a credit to the staff who do housekeeping.
It was very noisy and I had to purchase earplugs on the second day just to sleep. The noise was all internal too. We had the room next to the kitchen and it was often a lot of noise and disruption. It almost made it feel more like a hostel than hotel at times. The building is quite echoey and we had a lot of doors slamming and other guests sounding very loud in the late night and early morning. The facilities also needed some fixing and improvements, especially given the price. Our shower was broken but we made do.
