Location is fantastic! Right in the center of everything and walkable to all the sights around plaka! The staff were super helpful and very attentive.
The stairs can be challenging but the staff help a lot which makes it much more tolerable!

My room was so adorable, I had the small single. A perfect space for me as a solo traveler, and the view of the acropolis from my window was amazing. Also right in the middle of Plaka, and even though it was in a busy section of town not a lot of noise inside.

Great customer service. The location was amazing. The shared kitchen was a pleasant touch.
I didn't notice that there was not elevator when booking. There were 55 stairs to get to our room, not a problem for me but for my 77 year old mom.. that was a lot. Also the toiletries were of very poor quality (bring your own shampoo and conditioner).

Fantastic location inside the Plaka. Very professional, friendly, and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast arrangement at a restaurant across the street from the hotel.
Only reason I didn't give all excellent ratings is because there is no elevator and my room was on the 3rd floor. Even thought they carried my luggage up and down after checking in and at checking out, climbing 3 flights of stairs every time going in or out was very inconvenient.

The room balcony had an amazing view of the Acropolis, and that was the highlight of my stay. Staff were very welcoming and allowed me to check out at 1:00pm. They also helped order a taxi to the airport. Overall, I loved the experience and will be back whenever I visit Athens again!

The location...step out and you have so many places to eat, shop, and just wander around. The bed was super comfy.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Receptionist said they had no ‘common’ bathroom, had me use one in a room being cleaned after a former guest. No place to sit except small stool in room. Could make coffee/tea in kitchen but nothing to sit on to drink it, there, in large hallway or my room
See above - answered the wrong question there. There was nothing much to like except that the AC worked.

Great location, but Taxi's could not really access it.
The stairs made this location nearly non-viable for those with large bags. The steepest staircase I have ever seen, with no elevator. Otherwise this was a lovely property.
