Fair
The location is excellent Breakfast was good
The biggest problem was the room curtains which was so short it didn’t cover the sun we had to use hair clips but with little help ..it was uncomfortable to sleep at least provide eyes mask or something (two rooms had the same problem so 4 of us were upset and sleep deprived) The 2 rooms are outdated compared to my friend room which was confusing bc we paid the same price plus our rooms were next to each other plus her curtains were good too lol The bar closes so early i don’t know why!! Could have been nice it was open late to accommodate guests after long day outside

Good
Excellent location.
We have stayed at the NJV three times in the past 10 years and had good experiences. This trip it seemed there was less attentiveness to details. Examples, the bed in our room had no skirt so we could see the wheels from the bed frame. Also, the shower drain was slow, leaving us standing in suspended water during a shower. I would rate the housekeeping as surface/appearance clean only.

Exceptional
The staff was extremely courteous and helpful! Every request I made was completed in a very professional manner immediately. I needed copies of some documents as well have them sent by fax. The front desk staff was extremely cordial and very efficient at what they did. Overall I would have to rate them “Exceptional”.
