Wonderful
The breakfast was basic continental and enough food for us. They also made extra eggs on our request and were very obliging
the lift was not working so we had to climb 3 flights of steps. They were very apologetic and sent us a voucher code discount if we stay there again

Exceptional
Perfect location, friendly staff and the 2 bedroom suite was perfect and comfortable for our family of 5. Breakfast was served to the room which was also very convenient.
The elevator was out of service but it wasn’t a huge issue and they were proactively giving a credit for future booking for any inconvenience.

The staff was great and the location was very convenient. Just what we were looking for.
I wish there had been a room thermostat. The only thermostat was building-wide b

Great place for families and great location in Athens.
Some variety in the breakfast would be nice….but breakfast was otherwise amazing.

Wonderful
The location and the staff was amazing.
The room is new, all renovated, with fully functional kitchen. Nice breakfast
The bed was smelling cigarettes. The whole room was smelly, but the pillows were all soaked into the nicotine smell. It was difficult to sleep.
The room is not sound proof. You could hear the shouting from the street.
We also could turn the air-conditioning on and there was no hot water. But the staff did handled it and it was fine after 10 minutes

Excellent location, literally one minute from Ermou. Breakfast was also very good, but they do need to bring nescafe small bags for those who do not drink french coffee.

Great location. Great staff. If you get a room on the street side of the hotel it will be noisy at night.
The street was a bit noisy at night. This was not a problem for me because I can sleep anywhere.

We booked last minute and the staff was super helpful and very welcoming to my family. The suite was very well equipped, every detail from pillows to serve in breakfast. The location couldn’t be better ! Great atmosphere around to capture from the rooms balcony with a glass of wine. Perfect.
No Netflix or YouTube, they provided us iPad instead so it was all good.

Very Good
It is well located, clean and comfortable.
We were there on a Friday and downstairs is very busy with a lot of noise and live playing bands of music until Kate at night. The breakfast is served to the room so is very petit, for one or two night stay is good, maybe for longer not that much.
