Nothing. It has ants and critters. Accidentally, booked the wrong hotel and I tried to cancel but they refused to refund so we were stuck with it.
Critters everywhere. In a sketchy neighborhood and walls are thin you can hear everything.

Everything was fine. I recommend visiting it when you will be traveling to Athens. Hotel It is located on some 20 min walks to the old city and acropolis hill. For us the parking spot was mandatory, so here you have it.

The hotel is in an excellent location with excellent service and its own parking. This is an ideal option for a traveler by car. The hotel has its own parking next to the hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but at the same time, it is close to the metro. However, the hotel is not far from the city center; I walked there. Very pleasant people work at the hotel. I liked everything very much.

We picked this place as it had parking included but we ended up parking on the street as the area wasn't that busy. The apartment was large and affordable, especially if you have 4 people.
Although you can walk to the main sites of Athens the area isn't that great and feels industrial/ run down. We found cockroaches in the bathroom.

Excellent overall experience. Very helpful and nice staff. One person even spoke Polish! Regardless of that all of the communicated well in English. Very nice room! I would definitely recommend.
The breakfast comes in sealed, refrigerated packages which was ok. It includes bread, cheese, sliced ham, cottage cheese, jam, juice, muffins. Unfortunately the content didn't change for 4 days. Regardless the staff provided free coffee and water.

Amazing staff and super spacious rooms located in a non touristy safe part of urban Athens that is still close to touristy areas . We really enjoyed our stay and they make great frappes

It was a big apartment. Some of the light bulbs were burnt out. It would have been nice to have tv sets in the bedrooms.
I wish the location would be closer the athens metro.

When we arrived the window in the bathroom was open. That allowed mosquitos to get in and we couldn't kill them all, but definitely got bitten during our stay. The bathroom has no circulation so it gets hot quick.
