One of the airconditioners was not working very wel. No real breakfast. We have received a breakfast in a box. Stairs to go to the 5th floor. Quite difficult to get there with a luggage.

The view for sure - the balcony off every room was nice. The comfort level of 5 adults in one place.
The area - we arrived late and there were no food options - I went to ask at the front desk and all the lights were out and there was no one to assist us. So we didn’t eat.

We needed a hotel for 1 night in the neighbourhood of the busstation, this place was very convenient. The staff is the loviest staff we ever met, the girl at the reception is so kind! Beds and bathroom were okay, breakfast we (unfortunately) found horrible.

Nicole the receptionist assisted us in a lovely way, she helped us with each of our demands (which were not a few) and solved all of our worries effectively.
We chose it because it was near a Congress where we had to attend, but the nearabouts were not the most beautiful part of the city.

The reception wasn’t 24 hours. The shift ended at 10:30 and began in the morning. They left me with a phone number, it was ok.

The staff at the reception was friendly and it looked clean and shiny. Thus, we expected also a nice apartment. However, this looked old, used, in the kitchen very several parts of the kitchen damaged.
The bathroom had a problem with the water running out of the shower. Our daughter fell on the toilet because it was so slippery, the toilet lid broke and instead of listening to us guests what had happened the hotel charged us a higher rate. Which is not acceptable at all. I had nerved such a bad hotel experience. On top of that our daughter hurt herself. I would not at all recommend this hotel. It’s not worth the money!

- private secured parking - very kind receptionist - quiet neighbourhood, at a 30-35 minutes walk from Acropolis/ Monastiraki - nice balcony (although the view is not great) - very comfortable bed (huge) - air conditioning
- small crumpled bathroom with no door to shower cabin - the kitchenette sink had a draining problem - room a bit small
