Exceptional location. Surrounded by all the amazing bars and restaurants in Psyrri. Walking distance to all major sights. Close to Monastiraki metro station.
Because of its great location it can get a little loud at night.

We stayed here for 6 nights during Christmas. Amazing location, close to bars & restaurants! It allowed us to explore Athens very easily on foot!
The rooms were clean and spacious! The bed was comfortable. It has also great heating system!

We had an amazing stay in our Apartment located on the 1st floor. The apartment had a great heating system and everything we needed to spend amazing days during our vacation. The shower was big and the bed was comfortable!
THE LOCATION is the best location we would asked for. We feel grateful and lucky to have chosen this for our time in Athens without knowing the city before.
Also the STAFF worked great. The communication was clear and quick!

Location is great but very noisy as room was on first floor just above a taverna with people eating outside until 3:30am
Practically zero WiFi connection, had to go outside of the room to get a very weak signal. The room was a bit dated but clean.

We stayed in the "Split - Level Penthouse with Acropolis view - Live in Athens #09"
The front door is located on the 3rd floor. There is a working elevator, which we appreciated and used for our luggage. This is a one bedroom unit with 2 full bathrooms (including showers) and a decent living room and kitchen.
Other than the showers mentioned below, we loved the place. The air conditioning worked very well. The bedroom stayed nice and cool. The location of this apartment building is perfect! It allowed us to explore Athens very easily by foot. The nearby streets are lively and fun to walk around. So many restaurants/bars to choose from! Additionally, all of the historic sites are walkable by foot. There may have been noise from the streets but we were not bothered by noise at the end of the night. And had no trouble sleeping. Ear plugs were provided but not needed.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff at the front desk was wonderful! Thanos made excellent restaurant recommendations as well as gave us tips to help us plan our sightseeing and to make the most of our one full day in Athens. Thanos also helped us set up a taxi ride to and from the airport. We arrived late at night so it was great to have the ability to do self check in! It is worth the few extra dollars to set up the taxi ride with the front desk to have reliable transportation. We were also able to store our luggage at the front desk on the day of check out. This allowed us to be able to explore more of Athens before leaving for our afternoon flight.
I would stay here again due to the location, the friendliness & helpfulness of front desk staff, and the flexibility of self check in and luggage storage!
The shower curtains have mildew at the bottom and could be replaced. The window shade in the lower bathroom needs to be replaced or changed to a synthetic material that can be sanitized. There is black mildew/mold in the wooden window shade that does not feel clean. Other than the shower curtains, the showers themselves are clean. And the rest of the bathroom was clean! The refrigerator was not completely clean when we checked in. There was spilt coffee or food on the refrigerator door. All of these suggestions were given to Live in Athens! directly. The showers are tolerable for a few nights but I would not spend a week here d/t the showers.
This is not a bad thing, I just didn't have room to type in the good section -
This unit has 3 different balconies. The top balcony has a great view of the Acropolis! Make sure to click the photos attached to the actual unit you are paying for. Not all units have balcony views of the Acropolis. This unit also has a spiral staircase in the unit and another one on the second balcony, up to the third balcony. Must be able to use the stairs. If I visited Athens again,it would not be a necessity to have a view of the Acropolis from my place knowing I would be out exploring all day. I would rather save money. And now I know that there are many other places/restaurants nearby that you can see the Acropolis even better!

We were at LiveinAthens for 4 nights. The stay was exceptional. The rooms were clean and the a/c was cold. The hosts were extremely chill and friendly. The neighborhood is popping with street art We would highly recommend this place.
We were in the penthouse unit and the price ,admittedly was higher. You pay for the space and the view.

The location is AMAZING .....rooms are fine everything you need couple of issues ill let property owners know ...also this property does not have reception or staff present an error I made it seems as pictures showed reception desk etc ..correspondence from " managers" ? Is quick and efficient... but the location is everything!!! psyri square is a dream ....just a wonderful stay thankyou..p.s have to say 65 euros for late check out seems a bit steep not much more to stay another night ...but all in all id reccomend
