Close to the train station. Pets are welcome.
Noisy air conditioner. Not soundproof windows. Dirty pillow covers and dirty blanket. The weird pillow cover is open from both sides so the dirty pillow can be touched.

The whole Omonia area is scatchy, but not fault of the hotel.

Clean, nice staff, well maintained.
It was next to the church and the bells ring every hour from 7am so if you are coming from America be prepared to wake up early. Of course this is not the fault of the hotel.

Comfortable and clean inside. Housekeeping staff do nice! The kiosk right outside the front door hotel has cheap drinks and snacks and the man is also very nice.
Surrounding area felt unsafe with drug addicts and homeless everywhere. Most of the shops/restaurants nearby are shutdown with graffiti all over. Walked past open needles on the street right by the hotel. We Ubered everyday to Monastiraki Square (will stay around here next time). The M1 / M2 line is a 5 minute walk from hotel, but is hot & dirty and overcrowded. The front desk refused to give us a breakfast to go box when we had a tour early in the morning. He stated “you can sit down and eat for 10 minutes at 7 when we open” when we had to leave hotel at 7am to meet our tour. They also charge for coffee / water in lobby. The walls are PAPER THIN can hear the rooms next door entire conversation the entire stay. We stayed in 7th floor, nice view but with construction and street parties at night it was hard to sleep.

The location it’s like no comfortable neighborhood I didn’t feel safe for a solo traveler maybe with more people is ok but for solo traveler no.
you have to go through weird streets to get to placa.

Rooms are newly renovated, staff are nice and good. Location was good.
The sorrounding area is not nice, lots of graffiti thats make you it unsafe walk at night,I hope they will clean it up.

The room was a nice size for 3. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony. The staff was friendly, however housekeeping went thru my purse. Nothing was taken because my wallet was in the safe. I knew it was pilfered because I had left it zipped shut and concealed in my open suitcase covered by clothes and when I returned it was on top of the clothes standing up and wide open.
The breakfast had a good selection of items that were fresh and good.
My items were pilfered.

The service and cleanliness.
There should have been bars to hold on yo in shower and plastic mat for floor for safety. The food was just average.
