The location, cleanliness and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Just need more drawer or space in the bathroom to hang towels/ clothes or counter to place personal items on. Also a full body mirror in the room, maybe by the bathroom door. The elevator is so small can?t fit all our luggage with one trip.

Location was great. Front desk was great.
The bar noise outside the room window until 2am. Breakfast arrangement was cramped and selection was below average from other places we have stayed in Greece.

The hotel is located very conveniently. It is on a parallel street to Ermou street, the main road of Athens city centre. Additionally, the family room was huge. Plenty of room for the kids to relax, play or argue with each other. One of the more spacious family rooms out there.
