We were upgraded so I don't expect everyone to have the same but our room was massive. Didn't bother with daily room cleaning as only there 2 nights. Hotel location is excellent. When arriving by taxi, he parked in side street which looked rather dingy, but don't be fooled. In a lovely area with local tour busses just across the road and bank nearby. Breakfast excellent with good choices and plenty of attentive staff on hand.
The lift doesn't go to ground floor level so there are 5/6 steps or the slope up to the lift. Evening meal was a disappointment. Only buffet until 9 pm and then you can get a better choice.

Very nice staff, good location with parking, perfect room, breakfast not exceptional but ok , reasonable price. Dont miss a visit nearby fish and meat market !
Too much time at check in due to bureaucratic formalities !

The room facilities were good with large bed and multi-functional shower. The breakfast options were some of the best that I've had in an hotel anywhere, and although dinner was an unknown with no menus included on the hotel website the choices and quality were great. A substantial part of the produce is from the hotels own farm
I'd booked 6 rooms for a group of friends travelling to Athens, one of whom had some specific requests due to some mobility restrictions. These had all been clarified with the Reservations Department over email 5-6 weeks prior to arrival, but hadn't been communicated to check-in. This originally caused some confusion but was quickly addressed.

Love this hotel, as this is our second time. Located next to City Hall and a short walk to the main market. Easy to get to Monastariki Square and Plaza. The room was quiet and comfortable. Great breakfast buffet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Athens.

The stuff, the location
The towels are old, the rooms should be renovated. 5 star hotel with curtains in the bathrom??? I think it is a maximum 4 star hotel. Too expensive for what it offers.

Wonderful
Quirky stile was just a touch here and there. Not too much and kept it from being sterile and ordinary. Staff was perfection. We felt important and valued. They were friendly and so very helpful. Staff seemed to love their work.
It has a great location so you can walk most places. But because it's in a busy city, there aren't a lot of amenities. But then you have Athens for your entertainment. Nice lobby. Good breakfast room and breakfast buffet.
