Location. Close to metro station and Athens city center
Whoever manages this room/property clearly does not care at all. Within two minutes of entering the room, we found multiple things broken: the toilet door wouldn’t close, the shower head didn’t fit its holder, the fridge door was broken, and more. This level of neglect is unacceptable.

The staff was very communicative and helpful. The location was perfect for me and right next to my favorite restaurants and the Acropolis. I would recommend this place and I think it will be my new go-to site when I'm in Athens.

Great apartment and great location. One block from the Acropolis museum.
The place is clean and exactly as described.
The staff was very reactive through emails and obviously eager to provide a great service.
The entrance of the building is a little bit rundown but I guess there are other tenants than just great living apartments. Not a big issue though.

Great location and very spacious studio. Recommended for 2-3 days trips. Next to metro station and Acropolis museum
There is a Gym above and expect extreme noise from weights banging at the floor but only from 8am-9pm

Location, cleanliness and the place itself. Staff is very friendly and all the details the get the key were very clear. I also liked the communication with housekeeper asking if I wanted service, and the luggage storage even in another unit. It was very helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Great location, nice interior design.
Service was really bad. No reception or anybody to receive you. One of these human less, do it yourself type of service. No credentials were provided to me before I arrived to allow me to access the facility despite paying in advance. Staff was not responsive by messages so I basically had to call them to finally being able to access my room... Really poor
