Everything was perfect. Every member of the staff was so friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a perfect location for touring the acropolis and surrounding areas with beautiful views from our room and spectacular rooftop restaurant.

The staff was very friendly and spoke almost perfect English which helped since my Greek is not perfect. We were a 5 minute walk from the Acropolis and the best parts of Athens. The rooms were comfortable and I got to enjoy the balcony.
I wish the pool temperature was a bit warmer. Was a little cold even with the outside temp hitting 39 degrees Celsius. I had to get out to warm up a little.

Central location - but not easily accessible via metro.
Very clean and nice large bed.
Staff were not very helpful - I was asked for identity verification 3 separate times during the check in processes. They also misinformed me about the opening times of their rooftop bar.
The pool is quite disappointing as gets little sun, the shower is also disappointing for a luxury hotel.

Very clean, specious and comfortable.
We stayed at the 5th floor, right underneath the rooftop at 6th floor, so it was extremely noisy, even after restaurant was closed, as the staff was probably cleaning it.

Excellent location to walk to the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum plus Temple of Zeus and other attractions. Close to all Hop On Hop Off Bus pick up locations. Beautiful facilities and roof top view of the Acropolis.
Cannot say anything negative as staff and everything was the BEST!

Comfortable and well located
Staff in restaurant were very pushy to get us in and out in the shortest of time so not a very relaxing experience as they hovered around the table the whole time. Not much room around the pool

Very friendly staff. Great location. Less than a 10-minute walk to the Acropolis, temple of Zeus and plaka Market. Had a pool which was nice at the end of a hot day. Loved the halva yogurt!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Divani Palace! The location is excellent - literally a 5 minute walk to the Acropolis Museum and the Acropolis entrance. The beds are really comfortable and the bathroom provides counter space and a walk-in shower. The staff was also very accommodating, they even let us check in a tiny bit early after we were so exhausted as it was the end of our trip and we had just gotten off a plane. If we ever return to Athens, we will definitely be staying at the Divani Palace!
To be honest, I can't think of much we didn't like. The only thing that sticks out to me is that the pool area was a little bit buggy - so be sure to bring your bug spray!
