Disappointing
Nothing.
There were many things about this hotel that were disappointing. 1. I found a stain on the towel as soon as I had checked in, so the cleanliness was lacking. 2. The beds and pillows were unbelievably uncomfortable. 3. Very understaffed at the restaurants; service was horrendous because of that. For the amount that we were paying for 4 nights, you would expect an actual 4-star hotel, but if anything I'd give it a 2. Safe to say I won't be staying here again.

The pool is nice, the view over the Acropolis is great.
Breakfast was good, the restaurant was excellent but expensive.
Our check in was handled very badly as our bicycles were a problem (nowhere else found them so)!

Location of the hotel and friendly personnel. I was able to use the Wi-Fi in my room and conduct my business meeting.
We really enjoyed the restaurant for dinner with the great roof top view of the city!
We were really pleased with the hotel! Our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed it. We were sorry we didn’t have enough time to experience the pool! We would recommend this hotel in the future.

I booked because was highly rated for handicap people.
The Pool and upstairs resturant are not axcessable.
You have to enter and leave the Property from a door that is unattended and is always locked with a key.
There are no grab rails in the bathrooms to get off toliets.

The room it’s clean and big
The location is far from the city center.
The staff were not very accommodating regarding early check-in, and we had to pay for half a day.
The booking did not include breakfast. Breakfast was quite expensive, especially considering that other hotels included breakfast in the room rate.
The parking fee is also very high at €35 per day.
Overall, there are very few advantages because almost everything comes at an additional cost. Even the water in the room is only complimentary on the first day.

Not much . It’s an old time hotel so luggage service is good. Other than that it’s not an attractive place to say the least. The pleasant “atmosphere” which makes you stay is just not there.

The property felt like it was in a safe & quiet neighborhood
It is too far removed from the consciences of city amenities, restaurants & shopping to warrant these rates! The beds were super firm (think of a slab!) & low to the ground (tough on bad knees). The front desk staff was generally ok … friendly (sort of - as a “southerner” I anticipate everyone loving their job & customers and showing it - apparently not the case here) - at check in I was asked to pay an additional fee & sent on my way- I had to ask for “typical” check in information (hours for breakfast, restaurants, etc) & the password for their WiFi (No info given at check in - bc their isn’t one! It’s unsecured!! Wow!) I also had to ask numerous times for an additional pillow (2 standard pillows on a king bed?) While the roof top pool area is lovely, the staff were borderline rude and completely incompetent. Also - beware of the pool tiles! Wow they are slippery!

Great location, close to many attractions. The staff were lovely, and I really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The room was clean and comfortable.
Complimentary water was only provided at check-in. It would be nice to have it replenished daily.

The location was very good. 10 mins taxi ride to Acropolis and short walk to many near by restaurants. An employee that stood out and was very nice & friendly was the bellhop/valet Dimitri. He shared a nice conversation with my son about their favourite soccer/football team Olympiacos.
Our initial room view was HORRIBLE (see pictures). It felt like a prison yard. We were 3 adults. We complained to management and wanted to check out the following day and go somewhere else. We were told if you are 3 people all rooms have the same awful view. We were told only 2 people rooms are in the front with a better view. We had initially booked for 5 nights. Management was not very accommodating and would not reimburse us if we checked out early, because we booked through booking.com. We begged and pleaded without success. After all the fuss, they did however change our room to a room with a better view and kindly included the daily breakfast for free. In the end, we did enjoy our stay. One thing worth mentioning is the roof top pool, it’s a good size, but the lounge chair area is very small and crowded. Also the pool is not kid friendly. There is 1 ladder in the shallow end and 1 in the deep end. If you don’t use the ladder, you have to jump in, there are no steps. Hard to get out of the pool as the ladder is high up off the bottom of the pool. Also the water is not filled up enough, it’s so low that you can’t stick your foot in to feel the temperature of the water. Breakfast was really good, lots of variety.

Vriendelijke ontvangst met valet parking. Ruime kamers (connected rooms) voorzien van alle gemakken. Zwembad op dak met bar en uitzicht op Akropolis is een groot plusplunt.
Plaats ontbijtruimte geen daglicht, dat doet afbreuk aan de sfeer.
