Great hotel for the family with big room and very comfortable. This was the hotel I stayed at when I was my daughter’s age so we had to go back after so long. It’s definitely been renovated very nice and clean and professional staff. Breakfast was the best we have had in Greece.
The only thing I guess could be the pool should be renovated to more modern standards. I remember the pool was basically the same way from 30 years ago when I was there last time when I was 8. The water level is more than a feet down below the edge. No steps for the pool. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

The staff was nice.
They helped solve the problem of a gap between beds where the baby would get stuck by putting a large mattress in.
The sickness clogged.
The first day we only had 1 set of towels although it was 3 people (one infant) staying.

Breakfast spread was great! The beds were comfortable, hotel is a bit dated, but still very nice.
The 'heated' indoor pool was still pretty chilly and the pool bar isn't open off season.

There nothing not to like...there was a European conference event in the last two days a d they had .metal detectors installed, so.e ares were walled off, security and police were all around...it was inconvenient for the regular guests....but these happen

On the app it stated that parking was available, but when I arrived the doorman told me the parking was full and I had to find street parking. Also, I had selected a room with one double bed, but I was given a room with two single beds instead

The staffis amazing and very welcoming. Check in was easy and streamlined. Divani Caravel is beaitful hotel and decor layout gave bright life to the hotel. The onsite bar is must and added a great touch to the hotel. Morning breakfast is hot, fresh and had several choices. The room I booked had enough space for my bags and walking space. Always clean, smoke free and gave a good view of attractions.
I had no issues with the hotel. Friends I traveled with did express not have a great view out of the window.

This is one of the best hotels in Athens. It is spacious, cozy, and luxurious, and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, and the breakfast offers a great variety of options.
Although I booked a room without breakfast, the hotel kindly upgraded my stay to the largest suite in the hotel and included breakfast.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful and memorable experience.

The hotel is quite old. We had an early check in as the room was available. The queen bed was 2 single beds joined but not comfortable. Need to place a queen bed topper when joining beds. 1st night our room was not cleaned. Seems they forgot even when we complained there was no apology. Breakfast has a very good selection and service was good and fast despite being very busy. Corridor clearance is bad as you could find plates and cups lying there for several hours.
