I stayed during two different instances on the same trip, a few days apart. My first stay was better - bigger room, giant patio, more comfortable space for two people. The second time I stayed, for a single night, the room was tiny and cramped, and the balcony was itty bitty. So I guess it is the luck of the draw on which room you are assigned at check in. So - what I liked was my first stay with the big balcony and spacious room. I also liked that my air conditioner worked really well! The breakfast was pretty good, too!

The staff, especially housekeeping and F&B were great.
Even though the room was spacious, the layout was such that there was nowhere to place luggage, the bathroom was tiny and no cosmetics could be placed. The lighting was poor. We were allocated a room with a step but no warning for the step, almost fell twice. The decor desperately needs updating.

Everything was great.
The staff were super friendly from the beginning till the end.
The room was ready the second we arrived 3 hours before check in, which was great. It was clean and everything was provided including beverages and coffee. Also they gave us a complimentary drink at the bar.
Location was perfect.
The breakfast was tasty.

Absolutely wonderful service!
Very pleasant people, even cared about the small details, for example our flight was very early so we had to check-out from the hotel before breakfast time, and the hotel prepared for us breakfast boxes to go:)
For breakfast, many options including healthy ones like salad and especially wonderful spinach pies and potato pies.
The room was amazing - very comfortable, very nice to stay in.
I've been in many hotels in many countries, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this one especially. It was an exceptional stay.
The next time in Athens, we will be happy to return here!

The location was excellent and close to everything. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, everything was well organized.

Staff was great. Breakfast was nice and they included a couple of complimentary beers in the room along with the water.
Pillows were all quite thick / heavy. Would have liked one softer one and one harder one in the room to be able to decide which I liked better. Slept somewhat poorly because I couldn't get comfortable with the large pillow.

Location was fine. Safe and several food options in neighborhood.
Hotel breakfast was surprisingly hearty for a breakfast buffet.
After a rough start (an air conditioner on the fritz) we were moved to a different room. The stay was fine after the relocation. Staff was helpful and accommodating.
