The swimming pool had its own shower and changing room, which is great for when you are already checked out. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. You get 10% discount at their restaurant for being a guest. Cleaning was great, and bed was confy and location also good. The island is such a delightful island safe and reserved like big family vibe. In general would recommend.
The kitchen was outdated and not very practical and the shower was like a crazy boss fight puzzle to figure out. But the temperature was great

Beautiful views, the best free views of the ancient city.
Lots of noise from hallway to room, some renovations going on, but great value for the stay

Everything was great. Breakfast is ok and simple. Bed was a bit hard, but I asked for mattress cover and got one, but still bed was too hard for my liking, but overall stay was ok. Great view from the top of the building.

Pleasant
The rooftop was nice and offered an incredible view. The bartenders were nice and the food was good! The pool was great! I wish we had warmer weather when we were there to get in, but lounging by with a drink was wonderful!
The beds were very hard & not so comfortable. The shower flooded the bathroom. But other than that, everything else was great!

The location of the hotel is not the greatest, but close to the metro line which is a big plus

There was no room service. They didn't give me the room as mentioned . Water is also chargeable .

Your staff are excellent! Guys at the desk go above and beyond! Cleaning ladies are so willing to help. Barmen on the roof are phenomenal! Your people are your greatest asset!
And the room was clean, comfortable and well appointed.
Probably location - not that there was anything WRONG with the location, it was just a bit of a distance to get into the city. But the taxis are reasonable.

Very Good
The Receptionist is very Friendly, Breakfast is good.Very convenient its near with the public transportation Metro & Bus.A lot of Restaurant at the nearby facility, coffee bar ,bread Factory & mini Mart just a walking distance from the hotel.
The Elevator is a bit tite and old but it work and its okay, anyway we use the stairs most of the time. Also good for exercise specially after having a meal.
