Very Good
It was located in the heart of the center
Breakfast was good
It appears that the hotel has two wings. And our room was in a far away wing with not so inviting rooms and corridors.

Pleasant
Location and politeness of people.
I booked this hotel because it was advertised on Booking.com as wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, this is misleading.
The accessible room was spacious and well designed, with the only issue being the towel rails, which were mounted far too high. However, outside the room, accessibility was very limited. The ramp to the reception was impossible for me to climb independently when leaving the hotel.
The breakfast area was also inaccessible. The elevator was so small that, despite using a compact folding manual wheelchair, the staff had to tilt and maneuver it in different ways just to squeeze me inside, risking damage to the chair. If my wheelchair barely fit, I can’t imagine how a standard-sized or powered wheelchair could use it. Because the rooftop uses the same elevator, I couldn’t visit it at all. The breakfast seating is also split across different levels connected only by steps.
I want to stress that the staff were excellent, always polite, helpful, and accommodating (they even kindly allowed us an early check-in so I could rest after travelling). However, accessibility is about independence, not relying on staff or friends to overcome barriers. A hotel should not be described as wheelchair accessible if most of its facilities cannot be used independently.
One final point: a member of the night reception staff regularly spent hours (until around 2–3 a.m.) talking very loudly on his mobile phone using the speaker. It was clearly audible throughout the lobby and even from the elevator, and seemed very unprofessional.

Excellent location just off pedestrian-only shopping street. Great choice of restaurants within easy walking distance. Also easy to walk to many of Athens' ancient sites. Clean & quiet; decent breakfast.
Room was small with limited space for luggage.

Pleasant
Location was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Rented two rooms. 1 queen and 2 twins. I asked at check in about 2 twins and was told yes. However, both rooms had twin beds pushed together. Having son and daughter, they did not appreciate that set up especially after I told them they were separate beds.
Very small elevators.

Wonderful
THE LOCATION WAS CLOSE TO EVRYTHING AROUND THE CITY, ESPECIALLY THE RESTAURANTS AND THE CAFES.
THE AIRCONDITIONING IN THE ROOM WAS EITHER ON OR OFF WITHOUT THE OPTION TO MAKE ANY CHANGES ON THE TEMPERATURE OR ADJUSTMENTS. AT SOME POINT IT WAS VERY COLD DURING THE NIGHT AND WHEN I SWITCHED IT OFF IT TURNED HOT VERY SOON.

Good
I recently stayed at the Athens Cypria Hotel and had a mixed experience that I'd like to share.
On the positive side, the staff at the hotel were truly amazing. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or needs. Their hospitality made a significant difference in my stay, and I felt welcomed throughout my time there. The location of the hotel is also fantastic—it's conveniently situated close to many attractions, making it easy to explore the vibrant city of Athens.
Unfortunately, there were some drawbacks that affected my overall comfort. The bed mattress was quite disappointing; it felt more like lying on a flat piece of wood rather than a proper mattress. I struggled to get a good night's sleep, which was frustrating after long days of sightseeing.
Additionally, the bathroom setup left much to be desired. There was no space to place basic toiletries like my toothbrush or toothpaste, making it quite inconvenient during my stay.
The first night was particularly noisy, with cars passing by and honking, especially during traffic jams. This made it difficult to relax and get a decent night's rest.
Lastly, while I appreciated the beautiful view of the Acropolis, it was only accessible from the top-floor bar, which was a bit of a letdown given that I had hoped for a view from my room.
In summary, while the Athens Cypria Hotel boasts an excellent location and wonderful staff, the uncomfortable mattress, inconvenient bathroom setup, and noise issues were significant downsides that impacted my stay. With some improvements in these areas, it could be a truly fantastic place to stay.

Wonderful
First time when I arrived by taxi, I found the hotel was located in the narrow street even a taxi possibly couldn’t stop front of hotel. When we asked a hotel front person to a good lunch restaurant he said go out and turn left and again turn left we would see restaurant. There were not many restaurants, lunch wasn’t good. Hotel adversities view of Acropolis from 7th floor bar. Later we went up there I could see really good view of Acropolis without any disturbances. Next day when we left for Aegina island I found out location of hotel was 10 minutes away to go to the subway station. This time we turn right to get to the subway, the street we were on was main shopping area, Polaka was about 5 minutes away after dinner we strolled around polaka area, still there were people but much less than day time. This hotel is located really good, front of hotel there are Mexican restaurant, pharmacy, cafe, etc.
Without paying so much money, I think this is good value hotel
Because limited space small elevators and narrow stairs.
