Location was excellent.The room was big and nice , very clean and comfortable .Stuff was friendly.
When we went to check in we had to wait 20 minutes as our room was not ready. We came from a flight and our 13th month daughter was dleepy and tired..The elevator was so narrow that baby's pushchair wouldn't fit in.Beds were not comfortable

Disappointing
The hotel is good quality mid range but this year very highly priced. Its location is excellent, close to public transport, ermou, monastiraki and psyri. We are regular customers but based on our experience at the roof top bar we will not stay there ever again.
The roof top bar was a massive disappointment, dont bother going, it lacks atmosphere. The barman/manager that served us was arrogant, dismissive and pushy. We asked for meze to go with our drinks as we planned to go out for dinner later. He insisted that we get cheese and meat board. We acquiesced and instantly regretted it. The platter was huge, enough for 10 people, stodgy, big lumps of hard cheeses and grossly overpriced. When I complained, he talked over us and bullied us. It was appalling, bad behaviour, on top of the awful food we were given.

Very clean ..porters were outstanding.
Location was amazing walking distance to Acropolis & museum.. heart of the city.
