I've stayed in many hotels over the last few years, and this one definitely stands out for the right reasons. It wasn't about luxury, but about comfort, cleanliness, and people who genuinely seemed to care that guests had a good experience. I would happily stay here again.

I travel quite often and cleanliness is always the first thing I notice in a hotel. Art Hotel Athens did a great job in that area. The room was spotless , the bathroom was modern and clean, and even the common areas looked well cared for. The staff were also very respectful and helpful throughout my stay. Whenever I needed information or assistance, someone was always available with a smile. It made the entire experience very pleasant.

I appreciated small things that often go unnoticed, like plenty of power outlets, good lighting, and a room that was cleaned carefully every day. These details made my stay much more comfortable. Everyone I spoke with at the hotel was polite and helpful.

You can tell the hotel is managed with care. Everything was in good condition, from the room to the shared areas, and nothing felt neglected. Housekeeping did an excellent job , and the reception staff were consistently polite. It made the stay easy and enjoyable.

Breakfast was typical continental and okay. The location was good, but a bit sketchy in some areas. However, it was walkable to restaurants and shopping.
It’s on a very busy main street and getting picked up wasn’t always easy.

The concierge was nice
Dirty, run down and old. The pool was GROSS dirty and disgusting. Also left a new outfit in the closet by accident I phoned and they told me to call back in the morning but the person didn’t speak English well nor did they respond to an email asking about it. Very sketchy unsafe area even the taxi drivers told us to not go out.

Despite all the problems and unhelpful staff, one staff was very nice. Nam went out of his way to help us with each query, even within the limited freedom he had.
The wifi was pretty much non functional. The room did not have any hooks to hang clothes, only one uncomfortable chair.

One thing I appreciated a lot was how quiet my room was during the night. I slept very well throughout my stay, which is not always easy in a busy city. The room itself was clean and modern, and the housekeeping staff maintained it very well . The hotel had a comfortable atmosphere overall and the staff treated guests kindly and respectfully. I would definitely recommend it for a city stay.
