The main interest of this flat is its aesthetics. If you appreciate a refined environment with good taste in the very centre of Athens, then this is for you. The balcony is also great, and it is a pity that neighbouring properties so do not soundproof their air-conditioning units, so that you can calmly enjoy this opening towards Klafthmonos square.
You will also receive a very warm welcome and can easily contact the owners whose business is situated at a lower floor of the building.
You might consider the place overpriced, if you do not appreciate the paintings and you are happy with standard furnishing of luxury and comfort. Also, note that the owners screen their guests before accepting, as they are sensitive about preserving their works of art; and rightly so.

Loved the layout of the apartment along with the bathroom items provided to make the stay more comfortable and pleasant. The location is ideal as there are good restaurants and bars just within the block and it’s pet friendly with a park a block away. The kitchen has pots and utensils as well as glassware for one to feel at home. There’s a coffee machine and they supply coffee as well. A microwave for use as well as a blended. Wine opener and full size refrigerator for our personal use. The closet had plenty of hangers which is never found in other hotels. Love the balcony had a covering which made sitting outside in the sun very pleasant. An outdoor dining table and chairs out on the balcony elevated this apartment from others. The patio also has outdoor sofa and chairs for lounging. The best thing of all for us was it is pet friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It’s incredibly spacious and full of character, with beautiful art throughout and even a piano, which gave it a really special feel. The location is perfect — close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. Alex was a great host, easy to communicate with and always ready to help. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended!

Exemplary experience start to finish. Alex’s communication and attentiveness were very appreciated.
The accommodation itself can’t be beat for both location and the apartment itself. We were even treated to complimentary drinks! Bed was super comfy, bathroom products were divine and being surrounded by a significant art collection was the icing on the cake.
Alex provided some great dining and beach suggestions and we will absolutely be back.

The suite is charming, spacious and functional, full of surprises! Looks exactly like the pictures! Special and full of art. Alex is a lovely host. He took care of everything we asked for. For us this is our new place in Athens. For sure we will come back again.

Everything in this apartment was amazing. The host Alex was very kind and shared with us his recomandations in the area for dining and explained how everything worked in the apartment. The location of the apartment was perfect. All the best restaurants, bars and shops were right where the apartment was located. The apartment was fully furnished with everything you need. All needed amenities were included like in a 5 star hotel. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, as were the beds. Will certainly return and stay here when in Athens from now on.

The apartment was a perfect blend between a spacious art studio and a loft. Very comfortable, and unique. Our hosts Alex and Romanos were very helpful throughout the trip and everything we wanted to see seemed like only minutes away.

The apArt is ideally situated in Athens. Everything is accessible within walking distance. Great restaurants in the area.
Very spacious which is ideal with kids.
Pleasant to be surrounded by art pieces.
Bathroom amneties provided are great.
The owner Alex (and his team) is very friendly and answer to all your questions and needs.
Nothing really but just a note that the street can be a bit noisy during the week end but didn’t prevent us to sleep.

A very wonderful accommodation experience, the space design, decoration style, every detail is thoughtful and beautiful. The homeowners and his wife have good taste and are very enthusiastic. Everyone who greeted us was extremely kind and friendly. Just super people! They gave us many wonderful local suggestions for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They checked on us to ensure we were ok. They arranged a car to pick us up at the airport, and again when we left for the cruise. 11 gold stars! The central location put us within walking distance of many features.

Beautiful apartment, close to metro, restaurants, walking distance from the main tourist's attractions. We loved everything. There is everything in the apartment Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and a balcony, two separate bathrooms. Alex is an amazing host! Very attentive, I've asked him before our trip if he can recommend good restaurants, next day I had a list of local restaurants with descriptions and numbers to book if I wish. The apartment is located within walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants and bars . I've seen some comment that it was noisy due to nightlife. We didn't experience anything like that. The apartment is well soundproof . Of course if you decide to sit outside at the terrace you may hear people enjoying the evening but it isn't more than any centre of a capital city( we stayed from Thursday until Monday ). Highly recommend and definitely we will be back!
