The apArt is ideally situated in Athens. Everything is accessible within walking distance. Great restaurants in the area.
Very spacious which is ideal with kids.
Pleasant to be surrounded by art pieces.
Bathroom amneties provided are great.
The owner Alex (and his team) is very friendly and answer to all your questions and needs.
Nothing really but just a note that the street can be a bit noisy during the week end but didnt prevent us to sleep.

Alex, the host, waited for us, we arrived earlier than check-in time but the apartment was ready, he gave us the key in person and gave instructions for everything.

A very wonderful accommodation experience, the space design, decoration style, every detail is thoughtful and beautiful. The homeowners and his wife have good taste and are very enthusiastic. They tried their best to help during the stay. For travel and leisure, it is a kind of enjoyment to live in this art-filled space.

Everyone who greeted us was extremely kind and friendly. Just super people! They gave us many wonderful local suggestions for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They checked on us to ensure we were ok. They arranged a car to pick us up at the airport, and again when we left for the cruise. 11 gold stars! The central location put us within walking distance of many features.

Beautiful apartment, close to metro, restaurants, walking distance from the main tourist's attractions. We loved everything. There is everything in the apartment Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and a balcony, two separate bathrooms. Alex is an amazing host! Very attentive, I've asked him before our trip if he can recommend good restaurants, next day I had a list of local restaurants with descriptions and numbers to book if I wish. The apartment is located within walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants and bars . I've seen some comment that it was noisy due to nightlife. We didn't experience anything like that. The apartment is well soundproof . Of course if you decide to sit outside at the terrace you may hear people enjoying the evening but it isn't more than any centre of a capital city( we stayed from Thursday until Monday ). Highly recommend and definitely we will be back!

First of all Alex was always ready and willing to answer questions about the apartment and Athens.
The apartment was newly renovated and has everything you would want or need. Its was very spacious and very comfortable.
It is centrally located to all the main sights, within walking distance or a short Metro ride.
It was also close to numerous metro stations.
Loved everything.

The noise at night is unbearable.
Had an early flight so none of us could sleep with the loud music from bars and clubs.
It said sound proofing on the blurb about the apartment.
Also, the pictures are confusing as it showed a balcony but this wasnt the case.
Also one of my searches was for a place with parking, and it says parking, for which this place has no parking.
Thats maybe booking.coms fault as reading later it did say parking available down the road at a cost.

1) the apartment it self - it is bright, pleasant, very nicely decorated, with a large balcony - so that even being inside you can still belong to the vibrant Athens live (however the windows protects you very well from any noise outside)
2) the owner of the flat who gave us a very warm welcome so that we truly field that we know each other from a long time. this is probably the most important!

The apartment was fabulous! It was huge, had a nice balcony and it was finished to a very high spec throughout. We found it very relaxing. The location was ideal as everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Alex (the owner) was very friendly and helpful. He provided a transfer from the airport, suggested lots of great places to eat and helped us arrange our taxi back to the airport. We cannot recommend this place highly enough - it was wonderful.

Perfect location (close to the center), 5-10 min. From main attractions . you feel like you leave in a museum, the apartment has everything you need.
Alex (the host) is very friendly and try to help with the travel plan - Tx for you great hospitality
Street music is very loudly during weekend and the glass walls do not isolate the noise from outside
Also, need to improve the level of cleanliness in the main bathroom (no issues at other rooms)
