Poor
Most of the rooms faces to the street and you hear all the noise from the traffic (I had to change a few rooms but, anyway, at 05:00 in the morning the noise wakes you up). Breakfast was also very very poor! This is definitely not a 5 stars property

The staff was excellent in any way. Breakfast had eggs made in front of you, although the coffee was a bid lacking, it was a machine, I rather someone make an espresso, cause from the machine it doesn't taste the same. All and all, a great experience, for sure I'm staying there again!
Coffee/espresso/ Would like more options for breakfast other that sweets and cake. Small elevator, difficulty getting luggage to room(floor has steps).

The staff were very helpful and polite. There is a salon offering a complementary blow-dry which is terrific. Generally, the hotel has a welcoming and warm atmosphere.
The only downside is that there is no restaurant in the hotel, however, there are plenty of very good eating places in the area.

Very good location close to buses and also fairly near Metro. Nice large room, very friendly staff, comfortable and clean. A little out of the main centre in a nice neighbourhood and therefore away from the crowds.
The breakfast set up a little unusual in terms of choice but the food was nice quality.

The location is very convenient and although in the center still very quiet. You have a lot of options to go out for a coffee or food nearby and you can also order from local places to your room which is super convenient.

Very comfortable hotel in a convenient location. The breakfast was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the sauna and billiards table. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Metro was a only a short walk, so we had easy access to all the great tourist attractions of Athens without the noise and expense of Syntagma or Plaka. There were lots of good restaurants in the area, including an amazing, traditional ouzeri only two blocks away.
The room was a little small but plenty comfortable for two people.

Wonderful
Property is central and everything is easily accessible. Numerous paid parking facilities in the area. The breakfast is great, with on -demand egg station. Everything can be "refilled" if empty. overall gives a nice little extra touch.
Slightly noisey (street sounds due to soundproofing rubber being loose), but not to the point where it really was detrimental. That being said the moment i mentioned it the concierge said that they could have dealt with the issue at any point.
