The location was great
We booked this room because of the HOT TUB. It was broken. We were not able to use it. The manager said they would credit us one night of our 2 night stay. However booking.com has screwed this up now we are having to dispute the charges with our credit card company. Also the rain head was damaged and not working properly.

Good location. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Despite being in a busy area, Monistiraki, room was very quiet.
Moving to sister hotel nearby was moderately inconvenient.

The booking.com description was not 100% accurate. It was described as a Suite with Spa Bath. I wouldnt consider it a suite. The room was located on the roof of the hotel. No other rooms on the roof! There was no spa tub in the bathroomthe spa tub was on a balcony outside the room and its use was weather dependent and not private. The room was not soundproof as indicated in the description. Every night all you heard was the constant thumping of music coming from a nearby rooftop bar until around 1 am! Couldnt sleep!!

I loved that the location was metres from Monastiraki Square. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was great - as was the view of the Acropolis.

The location is great and staff at reception were really helpful
There is no restaurant in this hotel you have to cross the street and go to another 360 degree hotel in the same area in order to have your breakfast and this was not mentioned in the hotel announcement Furthermore only tea was provided in the room (No coffee)also you have to walk to the other building in order to have your morning coffee

Awesome location, free water bottles every day, phenomenal Breakfast, very good insulating windows against the city noise so it's quiet, the whole facility smells fresh
Loose dorhandle in the bathroom that fell off, a lot of dust under the bed, Toiletpaper holder was loose too and fell off
