We had several issues during our stay. First, communication was unprofessional. The number listed is a personal line; when my husband called at 4:45 AM for directions (which we needed before losing cell service), he received rude text messages, despite their Facebook page claiming 24-hour service. The room itself had dust on the windowsills and the beds were very squeaky. There was no trash can in the room, only a small shared bucket in the hallway. We were also disappointed by the breakfast. It was advertised as a 'Catalan breakfast' on Facebook, but consisted only of crackers, jam, tea, cornflakes, and basic street-vendor style egg sandwiches. At 250 dalasi per person, it was not worth the price, and we expected a proper hot meal. Finally, the host offered to have her husband drive us to the bus station at 5:45 AM. We waited in the courtyard as agreed, but he never showed up, which was very unreliable and made our departure difficult.

We asked the employee to order a taxi for us for 6 a.m. when he would still sleep - but it didn’t happen. So we had to walk to the next main road to find a cab. Not a big deal, but not really what we expected.

Staff seemed just annoyed by any guest and not so friendly. Bit out of town

No proper reception I had to bang on a few doors as not sign boarded adequately only some black writing on a gate, I was given a room next door to a family unknown to me we shared the same bathroom, not a good Idea when you urgently need to get into the bathroom

Could improve on the signage. And make the environment more lively

The mosquito net (which you need) and the mattresses are substandard. No staff on site.

the room light is weak, hot water doesn’t work usually. There is no AC.

The dog should be kept save during the day because he is not safe trained. Bed was missing booked 4 ppl. But they sort that out at the end. Thought I booked for 4 ppl. Incl. Breakfast to find out breakfast was only booked for 2 ppl. No remarks on that to be found on the booking confirmation. Breakfast was anyway not in our favor at all. Rooffan was broken but they sort out a standing fan.

The shower handle wasn't spreading water as it should On booking.com I paid 35 pound for pick up from the airport, for me it cover a return too but I had to be charge for return which I though wasn't right...airport to the sawally cost 11 pound, so 35 pound too expensive for just pick up with no return
