Location. Helpful reception. Bus stop nearby. Very good breakfast. Good WiFi.
The food service in the bar was slow and disorganised one evening. Note that the nearby bus no.10 to Europa Point requires exact change!

Great location, beautiful views from lovely rooms. Wonderful salt water pool. Friendly and very helpful staff.
Only one European plug in the room (at the desk) - all others in British standard. Pool is across the road which is difficult to cross at certain times of the day.

Beautiful unique hotel, stunning views.
We were located at the end of the building very near a building sight. We asked for a balcony which was glorious except for the overwhelming building machinery noise from dawn until dusk. We were disturbed by the noise even with doors and windows closed.

The only disappointment was the breakfast we had the morning of are wedding was terrible (hash browns like rubber, bacon very greasy and sausage tasted horrible. The continental looked nice but not are thing )

Love the Rock hotel. We stay twice a year. Its an old property but clean and well furnished.
The rooms are spacious with character . The staff are superb very helpful and obliging in particular Abdullah who never fails to stop and converse with us. In all we had a great time as did our friends and we will back again next year. I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Gibraltar.
The walk up the hill. Fortunately there is a good bus service for a reasonable price.

Stunning views, relaxed atmosphere, fantastic and helpful staff, amazing cocktails, reasonable prices, delicious food, perfect location everywhere is in walking distance and the beds are so so comfortable and a bath! I traveled with my son, I felt looked after and could not fault this hotel, thankyou! I have booked to return next month with my husband.A real home from home I love the Rock Hotel and Gibraltar

The hotel is beautifully classic with traditional values. Staff are fabulous and very attentive. The bedrooms are a great size and the bathroom was nice. The views from the hotel are outstanding and breathtaking. The hotel is an easy walk from town and all places of interest.
