- some of the staff was friendly and helpful - there were drinking water dispensers - late checkout was no problem - the food at the restaurant was good though it can take a long time until the food is ready. they got ginger juice after i asked for it. - the bed is extremely comfortable, great pillows and duvet. the curtain darkens the room properly
- sheets were dirty when I arrived, they didn’t change them until the next day there was also just one towel - you have specifically ask for everything that should be provided automatically here and it takes a long time until they bring it i asked whether there are slippers in the room when I checked in and was told they could provide them. It took them 45 min to bring the slippers and when they came, I saw the slippers were already used and brown and dirty. disgusting- who gives their guests old slippers from previous guests??? I wouldn’t be sure that the towels you get here are clean either… - so many things are broken, not maintained and not working in the hotel. in my room: some lights did not work, the shower handle was broken so i could only shower cold until they fixed it the next day, the aircon kept switching off at night displaying and error message the door of my room was not closing properly, you had to shut it with force. when they cleaned my room and they fixed the shower, THEY LEFT THE DOOR OPEN. anyone could enter my room and steal my valuables until i returned i put the DO NOT DISTURB sign and the cleaning staff STILL ENTERED MY ROOM and moved my things. just unbelievable bad internet, impossible to work sometimes also the gym, it’s not serviced, no towels, no soap, broken machines, missing dumbells, not safe i could actually go on about other things that happened but you get the point. last time i was here I gave the hotel a 9/10 and recommended it to my colleagues. i was excited to stay here again but they really disappointed me. I can’t recommend it to anyone no more, please avoid this hotel and look for alternatives.

WiFi terrible i couldn’t do my work due to poor connection, AC too loud they need fixing can’t sleep. food closes too early for business and leisure travelers.
