Nothing at all.
We booked room for three persons, but when we arrived late at night we got small dark room with doublebed. No third blanket or bed sheet even after long argue with unhelpful staff. The swimming pool had no water. No functioning internet. For breakfast we got plain toast, not even with butter, and Nescaf. Ugly environment around the hotel.

Wonderful
The kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to set off early, and they were happy to accommodate our needs. They packaged our breakfast and made sure it was ready for us to check out on time.
This is more of a general issue in Ghana, and not particular to the hotel. I think the condition of the access road to the hotel could be improved.

location is very far also the road leading to hotel spoils the hotel its a new hotel and a lot of work needs to be done to improve
