A stable wifi won't be bad. At the restaurant, the tilapia was very nice but my only problem was with the banku, it wasn't nice at all. Maybe i wasn't lucky that day but their spring rolls and tilapia was on point

The room is small and the paint is old the room does not deserve the price I paid

Poor maintenance of the hotel Faulty shower broken bucket WC not working well. Smelly bathroom due to poor maintenance of the drains and basin trap.

Room was bad and reception was not ok

There was no shower mat provided. After shower, I had to walk with foot water to the room. Not cool.

My only 2 complaints are (1) the waiter who brought my break fast. He came back knocking loudly and woke me up from my sleep to ask if he could take the plates. He needs to be better trained about that. When you bring food to a guest, you either wait for them to put the plate outside or you wait for housekeeping to take it out when they come to clean. Then on my last morning while I was having breakfast in the restaurant he asked me about the plate I used the night before and when I told him it was in my room, he asked me to give him my key so he could go into my room (while I wasnt there and with all my bags and money in there) to pick it up! So while he didnt trust me with the hotel plate, he wanted me to trust him with my bags and money in my room in my absence. WOW! That was a first for me! That boy needs to be told to stop treating hotel guests like thieves just waiting for the opportunity to steal hotel plates! (2) The TV in my room was broken and showed only snowy pictures and that to a TV addict like me , was a pain! The hotel really needs to replace or repair it. I think I saw someone else make that complaint.

The spoons provided for breakfast was rusty and unclean. Apart from that everything was perfect

The facility is old and the wash room is filled with mould
