the rooms have a good amount of space. My room had a bedroom and a separate room with a sofa and a kitchen. The location is walking distance from the mall which is convenient as there is a grocery store there. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Having a pool is great as it is quite hot in Ghana and it was nice to be able to cool off and sit outside. Breakfast delivery was prompt and accurate.
The beds have down comforters. This just does not make sense for the climate. The air conditioner in the bedroom did not work very well but really it would have been fine if they had just put an appropriately weighted blanket on the bed. The wifi is sun-par. If you are on a business trip and trying to work, I think it would be difficult. The wifi only worked in the living room area, it did not extend to the bedroom. I asked about this and was told that it should extend to the bedroom and that it would be checked out- to my knowledge it never was. Also, their system makes you sign in constantly and the password is only good for a day or two. My laptop would generally stay logged in until I disconnected but my phone dropped the wifi every two minutes. This hotel is advertised as having a full kitchen with dishes and cookware. There were dishes when I arrived but I had to ask for the cookware. I had to ask three times before I finally received a pot and a spoon. When I arrived I noticed that the pool was quite dirty and had algae growing in it. I reports this to the manager on a Monday, the pool was not cleaned until Friday. The staff is very friendly but not terribly effective.The location is convenient during the day, but I learned from a local that walking under the overpass to get to the mall was dangerous at night as there were muggings. This was unfortunate as I had selected that location specifically so that I could walk to the mall/restaurants in the evening.

It was quiet and clean and internet was very fast. The staff are very friendly and very responsive. I loved the super firm bed and the nice front room. Great stuff in the bathroom including toothbrush
There is no restaurant, no gardens, no lounge area. Every meal was room service only. No desk for work, no sockets in the front room, so I had to work in the bedroom, Bedroom was rather small

Location, cleanness, facilities etc.
During booking, booking.com showed me one night charges 1975/- ghc but hotel charged me 2120 /- ghc and in general the hotel was charging 1600/- per night stay.. No clarification at reception nor booking.com customer support was not available to complaint.
