Disappointing
1. The internet worked fine 2. The air conditioner was ok 3. the reception look neat
1. The breakfast served was not up to standard befitting the fee of $50 charged 2. Portions of Ceiling needs to be painted 3. Had some mosquito bites 4. The seat of Water closet is too high. Not the standard water closet 5. Water heater did not heat

A modern hotel with all the necessary amenities. Located close to a trotro (bus) line for convenient transportation to the city center. The dinners were very tasty. Management went beyond the call of duty to take care of me.

the food wasnt great, I couldnt eat anything from then except breakfast.
They dont clean the room unless you ask them.
Fridge was empty upon arrival, Im guessing this is to make you start buying everything you need including drinking water as soon as you settle in

very clean and the staff was on point and respectful and kind!! and they always pick up their calls even after midnight and they are always alert to help!! the facilities in this hotel well kept and clean and I think its the best place in Kumasi and nice and calm area

We stayed here with our 2 young children and it was great.
There was 24/7 security at the main entrance so we always felt safe and the staff were all so friendly and helpful.
The room was huge with a massive bathroom (great for getting the 2 kids ready at the same time) and comfortably fit all 4 of us. There was ample space for all of our luggage and a small living area in the room for the kids to play without feeling cramped.
We highly recommend the place and would definitely stay here again.
Nothing much to say about the property. One of the best in the area.
