We were met at the gate by a friendly host. He answered our questions and gave us a quick tour of apartment.
Though we did not use the washing machine for laundry, noticed the soap/detergent compartment could benefit from regular cleaning routine.

The apartment was roomy and was well designed with two spacious bedrooms with en-suites.
A spacious kitchen equipped with a fridge and a washing machine.
The public spaces were always kept clean and the staff were always willing to help.
No saucepans provided.

The overall building design, the quiet location and the large balcony with a panoramic view of the city were to my liking.
The little details turned what was advertised as a luxury experience to an average one. No gas for the hob, old cooking utensils, only one pot, no wine glasses, no complimentary tea or coffee, no bathroom gel or products, broken electrical sockets and drawers in the bedroom, an ironing board in the entry hall, a faulty TV remote in the lounge. I was disappointed at the high price of a bottle of wine, and that there was no compensation for the inconvenience of not having adequate cooking facilities.

The property looked every bit as good as the pictures made it look. It was comfortable, spacious, and quiet. The property was very clean and neat, and the furniture was quite nice. It felt very secure. Good parking inside the gate. Staff was very responsive to any requests, but without hovering.
We had a bit of an issue with a few electrical outlets not working in one of the units we used, but it did not hamper our stay.

Accommodation was great. Bathroom excellent
My only complaints would be that although the apartment slept four there was not enough cups glasses cutlery and plates for four people.
Also towels would have been good if matched.

The manager was professional. I liked that the rooms were super clean and was fully functional. The internet speed was great. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again whenever I am in Kumasi.
