It was clean and smells good. There is a bar and a restaurant that we really enjoyed.
The breakfast which is included is too late. We were getting married at 8:00 and I asked for something to drink either a juice or something and the person did nothing to accommodate us.

Breakfast is eggs and sausages with tea or coffee. It was ok.
The roof top terrace that's over the rooms. The floor is bare and scraping of chairs on the floor disturbs guests

Breakfast was usually provided based on customer's preference. I enjoyed my usual cup of coffee with toasted bread, fried egg & pancake. Location was superb - close to the city centre, the beach, airport and police hospital.
The brown towels should be replaced with new ones, if possible. The two brown towels that were in my room were almost worn-out. It is important that towels are "properly washed" (with washing machine and right detergent) and smell fresh.

The place was neatly kept, and the room cleaners are punctual and consistent in their jobs.
The idea that they'll serve you water only on arrival day doesn't make much sense at least water should be kept in the room throughout one's stay in the apartment

First time in Ghana and perfect first accommodation. I loved it there. Lovely clean and comfortable room with microwave and fridge. Good shower, with a nice bar of soap and towels. Comfortable bed. Lots of storage. All the staff were lovely welcoming and really helpful. The hotel has two balcony areas and one with a bar. Great for lounging. The food was good. The hotel is about 10mins walk from the centre plenty of restaurants, bars and shops for the essentials. WiFi was pretty consistent. I felt safe as a solo female at the hotel and around Osu. I would stay again in a heart.
No choices for vegetarian breakfast. Just veg omelette and bread/toast. It would have been nice to have had a choice of fruit and fruit juice. Would have been good to have a kettle in the room as well. There was a problem with the ceiling lights one which kept flashing. The T. V signal wasn't working. I didn't raise these issues with the hotel as it wasn't too much of a problem for me.
