The staff are friendly and very helpful.
I would prefer not staying at the end of the hallway ...when there is so much noise outside of the window. No sleep because of the noise levels...water running...people talking....machines.

The location was good. Staff was good. Food was good.
The suite kitchen has no pans to do any cooking. No hotpot or tea/coffee available for guests to make their own in the room. No international outlet to charge your phone and electronics. Front-desk doesn't lend converter (we managed to find one on the street for 20Cedi, but a bit disappointing.) I thought the hotel came with a pool, but didn't seem they had one.

well situated on Oxford Street near many restaurants and shops, nice reception, small breakfast buffet daily
rooms were small and noisy, had not been fully cleaned and restocked (missing towels) when I entered the room, no elevator and must use stairs to access the rooms

The property is in an excellent location very close to popular bars, restaurants and clubs. The staff are very friendly and are always available to assist you. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I’ll definitely be back again!

The light went off 3am in the night and we did not have any light for 2.5 hours. That spoiled my whole night sleep, I only got 3 hours sleep that night. No apology from the hotel/staff.
