Easy access from airport. Driver of the shuttle Harry Hammond was excellent. He helped me to switch from Palms Residential to Palms Airport City.
Breakfast was not as exhaustive as the previous Holiday Inn. More local choices would be good.

This is one of the best hotel I have every stayed in Ghana. The facility is very clean and neat. The breakfast was awesome. The staff were really nice.

The location was on point. I loved the proximity which is very close to the airport as my purpose for the trip was to connect a flight at KIA.
The staff were too casual. The facility looks old and the room was not comfortable. There was only one towel in he bathroom even though I booked for double occupancy.

It appears this hotel is near the end of a renovation project. The room was nicely arranged, clean and comfortable. When we discovered there was only one towel in the bathroom, staff quickly provided more. When I asked for a hair dryer, staff provided a good/great hair dryer, not like the wimpy ones usually found in hotels. Hotel is small and difficult to find. Staff was extremely helpful!
