Staff are friendly.
A 5% fee on card charges is rather unusual in this day and age. The bathroom facilities are run down and need some repairs. Entire place needs some major face lift.

The venue looked good and cozy from the reception.
I don't understand what happened but at the airport was a woman named Margareth with a handwritten list that had my name on it. She directed me and other persons to a van that took us to a place which they claimed it was a branch of Congress Hotel, located in Odwira Link, 3. There we had to wait while they "tidied our rooms as some guests had just left". I told them I wanted to go back to the airport and from there look for more suitable accommodation. They refused to listen to me and I ended up calling a Yango to go to Congress Hotel. The ride took me and my colleague to Congress Hotel and there we were told that despite our confirmed reservation the hotel was full and that was why they had taken us to that place at Odwira Link. I ended up looking for another place to stay!
That makes me wonder: how can this happen to a person that made a booking through your system? If the hotel is really full, is it normal that the management takes the liberty to send the guests to where she/he likes without prior conversation with the guests?

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, the location was perfect. Situated in the heart of the city, it allowed me to easily explore all the popular attractions without any hassle. Additionally, the value for money was exceptional. The rates were quite reasonable, especially considering the prime location and the excellent amenities provided. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable stay.
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was marred by the lack of hot water and low shower pressure. It was quite disappointing as I expected better amenities for the price paid, and it affected my overall comfort during the stay.
