The staff are exceptional and the place too fit the money that they're taking.
There should be more improvements in the rooms and both the toilet and bathroom also needs improvements because the last time I went there, the water was not working

There is nothing to like about in this place. It was so dirty and so uncomfortable
The place is totally messed up. People smoking Indian hemp in the open, very dirty bathrooms and room. The environment is so untidy and dirty. I do not recommend this place at all.

Environment is super friendly; Facilities are okay for the price, place is also secure: forgot to lock my room with my pc when I went out. I love the coastal line, helped me sleep well (before coming here I have had insomnia for weeks) but they could deal with plastic pollution on their front

The only thing that made me stay was the ocean view
There is no running water at the facility. You have to ask the staff for water and they take time to fetch the bathing water. The toilet would be messed up and at times with ?. It just needs a proper house manager who has a high command. One other thing is that if they notice you're foreigner they try so hard to extort the pricing. They said the rate for the dollar cedi was 16.5 which isn't even there in the black market. I then requested to pay using my dollars to the person I was booking from. It also seems like a Marijuana smoking hub. The day I tried to sit by the bar it was all Marijuana the bedding and mattress are so dirty I thought i would go home with bed lice. A lor needs to be done at the place.

I booked for a family, and the live videos I saw were horrible the family runaway immediately because is never never safe also even at their so called car park it was written you park at your own risk.. The Ghana tourist board should take them out. it is just shameful and horrible.

Location near the beach and tourist sites, low room rate, helpful staff. Note: Review submitted on behalf of friend for whom the booking was made and who stayed at the lodge.
Not exactly clean, basic facilities, other hotel guests seemed to smoke substances different from regular tobacco.

It was totally rubbish and it's dead smoker place.on 16th January morning got in the city taxi driver couldn't find the place then I try to ring but there wasn't picking the phone i end up in another hotel piad from my pocket and haveay taxi bill next morning Phoenix phone me i get to see place with my siut case when I told them I booked with booking. Com they wasn't aware of it but any was i did not like place the show me couple rooms but no where near to be called hotel or any star.i think place should not be on your list next if I book threw booking.com I am going to be very very careful. I lost whole of my money and the trubel I went threw the money I lost on taxis and looking for alternatives hotel and extra costs in strange country I never been i was very concerned about my safety. That place no where near to stay .

The construction is nice, with a view over the ocean...but theres been little mantanaince.
The staff looked uniterested, and simple questions like " can i have tea" could pose a challenge. The price charged is far too high for the accomodation.
