Affordable but not good. Reception was not 24/7 contrary to the claim - person manning the desk was asleep when l arrived.

Disappointing
The location is good. It is not far from the airport and you have everything you need nearby.
The staff were friendly.
I was here twice last year and was very satisfied. This time I was extremely disappointed. It was dirty. In my parent's room the toilet seat wasn't attached, the TV didn't work, it smelled extremely of urine overnight, they discovered it was coming from the mattress, the bathroom door doesn't close, the light switch is hanging out. My room was extremely dusty and there were several empty bottles under the bed, ( I told the employee, but he only came up with the idea of removing it when I asked for a broom) it looked like the last time it had been mopped under the bed, was two months ago. I really liked the place back then and that's why I went back there.
Unfortunately I won't do that again.

Had issues getting a line upon my arrival in Accra, Ghana. When I did, I booked with them, called before leaving the park, was assured and left the park, called the owner and was given directions. I left where the park, en route after 40 to 50 mins, only to be told the room I booked wasn't available. This happened at night in a town I know nothing about. So I had to quickly book with Pleasant Gardens, else I would be stranded around 10 pm with no where to stay.
