Just a small thing I like my coffee only place was in bar I mean cappuccino latte nothing by pool area daytime

This place is not worth the price and also have very low to 0 security. The pictures on here are definitely edited to make it look appealing. I booked 24 nights, arrived and the place did not look like what it showed on the website. Anyway, I decided to let it slide because these are little things I could adjust to. I got my room on the second floor (216) and I really wasn't happy about how it looked plus the fridge wasn't working but again, I decided to let it slide. Called the receptionist about the fridge and he said he was sending someone over. For more than 3 hours nobody showed up. My brother came by to visit and said there were two ladies following him and that he's scared. I looked through the door and saw these two girls. Honestly I was scared too! I cracked the door opened and asked what they wanted and they said, "would you like a massage, we are here to do some for you." I said, "no thank you!" then I slammed the door. I called the receptionist again to complain and he thought I was making it up. The receptionist asked what dress they were wearing. After describing their outfits, he said he saw them but couldn't stop them because they looked like they had an agenda. I called Golden Tulip the same night and left around 1am after going back and forth to get my refund. They were hesitant to give me back the 23 nights left they had charged me in advance, upon arrival! If you value your security like me, I would choose another secured place. Obviously they don't mind prostitutes roaming around and knocking on private doors. Be wise and don't go to this place!

Bathroom was good but water was leaking from the side of the bath likely due to malalignment but was sorted with a towel by a staff. I visited the bar on Friday evening no one showed me where to sit, I had to ask if I could sit anywhere.No one came to ask if I needed help in ordering. No menu was offered so I had to leave after 15 minutes without ordering anything.

Only one bottle of water

All the menu's were European menu, Can the menu's be a bit mixed like Ghanaian dishes cum European,after all how many Europeans were there at the time of my visit.

No instructions on the shower

No smoking rooms

Tv is having 12 channels approx which is for only Ghana people .Any body from outside cannot spent time which is vital foir a guest.Any guest will see a movie channel or entertainment channel after coming from work.More channel s are for suites only what I heard.this is not fair.Also toiletries was scanty for which guest has to asked every times.However those chines made are not that comfort to use.

The bath drains need unblocking
