Poor
The bad was decent and there was good hot water
I made the reservation weeks ago but when I arrive they said there was no room for me. They sound a room for me in a different guest house next door but they had the clean the room and I waited for over an hour after flying for 30 hours to get there. The air conditioner did not work well and the room was hot the whole time. The reservation said that it included breakfast but when I asked about it there was no breakfast they offered me lipton's tea first $3 and it was in a location where there was nothing that you could walk to to get food. There was no bottled water. I walked 5 or 6 blocks out to the main road where there was a series of little wooden shacks and I went up to one and the woman there helped me by a bottle of water. I would never stay there again by recommended to anyone

I enjoy staying at Nana's Hotel Let, whenever I'm visiting Accra. It is affordable and convenient . If you bring food, they allow you to cook in the kitchen as long as you clean up afterward.
The staff is very friendly and always takes care of my needs.
I highly recommend Nana's whenever you are visiting Accra.

My stay at Nana’s was very comfortable and peaceful I enjoyed my stay and the staff’s were amazing and helpful. I arrived earlier than expected and I was able to check in without any problems
The environment was very clean and organized everything is exactly as posted online

Truly enjoyed my stay! A gem in this class of hotels. Breakfast was yummy!
They had added water to the hand soap, I guess to "stretch" it. Hopefully, that won't be the case my next visit??

Very clean and in house services are top notch.

Serenity cleanliness and very active helpful staff. All the gentlemen on duty are diligent helpful and It’s meticulously planned and the quality of services is top notch. Their breakfast is always on time and neatly presented and delivered and the staff on duty are amazingly friendly
The location is far from places my programs where held and access to downtown. But else everything is ok but they can improve more getting more branches with time near to airport and down town access.
