Pleasant
Staff were very heloful. The location was also within reach of all what i was looking for.
The swimming pool was good too.
The spraying of airfreshener in rooms and passages. The rares for laundry are very high.
The bar has no disignated smoking area. Its smoking everywhere making it very bad for non smokers.
The carpets are dusty. Need to remove them completely esoecialky on the 3rd floor.

The location
Prices reflect a high end standard , but when we were around , the room directly above of us was under going renovation and i believe most of the rooms actually need renovation.

The hospitality was the best in all my life of staying in hotels. Great staff! The teams were so infectious with their love, care, friendliness, and professionalism. I can say this over and over again.
The only thing I observed was that they needed to include intercontinental meals to their set of meals. Having said that, I give them 95% for the food that was served.

The hotel was very beautiful and it was a wonderful place. We were really impressed about the service at your hotel and the staff was extremely supportive and polite. Also, the food was excellent and the daily breakfast was wonderful.
The hotel is highly recommended.
There were only two things. The daily room cleaning would have been better. Compared to the other hotels which I have been in Dubai and other countries, I was not that happy with the way the room had been cleaned every day. They had changed the bed sheets, towels and cleaned the bins. But they hadn't neatly arranged the stuff kept on tables and the clothing on the chairs. This was done at other reputed hotels.
Also, it was very difficult to adjust the A/C temperature. I tried several times and even asked the room service lady to support me. But couldn't adjust the A/C. Sometimes it was a little hot during the nighttime.

From the Porters to the Dining Staff (especially Betty who works during Breakfast) to the Concierge, the incredible staff at the Mövenpick are second to none!
The gym and pool are clean and well managed.
The grounds are immaculately manicured.
Interior decorations are beautifully arranged and well-maintained

Climate control
Refridgerator in the room is always a plus
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Mövenpick and will consider returning later this year when we are in Accra.
The only minus to this experience was there was mold in the bathroom (not entirely unexpected, given the absence of a window in the bathroom, but this problem is easily tacked with disinfecting bleach and a good fan).
