The breakfast was a good and there were a lot of food options.
My sheets and blankets were not clean. The most irritating experience were the lack of face & body towels and the need to keep asking for them.

Cleanliness, location and the hospitality from the staff. The food was exceptional too.
The staff at the bars were not as responsive and the service was at times wanting. There is a lot of room for improvement in that area.

Professionalism, the food and most importantly the rooms.
Complacency of the staff at the bars. Warm beer being served and not being able to find solutions for the same and generally a laid back attitude by the waiters.

The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and exactly what you would expect from a tropical escape. The staff are friendly and helpful, the facilities are spotless, and the breakfast is delicious. We especially loved lounging by the pools in such a gorgeous setting.
The price is quite steep; I feel these are significantly overpriced.

Exceptional staff: professional, polite and always willing to help when required. The lady (Eugenia)that checked me in was incredible; because I wanted to cancel my booking but she said, ‘instead of cancelling why not reduce the number of days to check out our service’. She was right, my initial impression was wrong and I acknowledged it.
The facility is well maintained and the hotel takes clients comfort seriously. The optimisation of the Beach by the hotel makes it such that there is no dull moment while staying there.
What I did not like was immediately rectified by an amazing manager( I believe her is Susanna), she was impressive in her dedication to duty.

The bed was very comfortable and those black our curtains really helped me have a good night’s sleep. Loved the poolside as well!
It was a bit old and needs an upgrade; but still well kept and comfortable.

Friendly staff, nice wooden finishes. The rooms are well furnished with an iron, coffee machine, and minibar that is refilled every day. The breakfast was also good with a variety of both salt and sweet continental options. Nothing exceptional, but an overall comfortable stay.
The hotel feels like it needs a good remodeling, especially the gym facilities. For what I paid, I feel like they underdelivered. I was expecting better facilities and food for that price. Eating in the restaurants for lunch and dinner is also quite costly; the lunch buffet roaming around USD$47.
