Very Good
La Villa Boutique feels like a peaceful oasis in Accra. The hotel grounds were really nice around the pool and restaurant area, and the room was a nice and clean. Netflix in the room was also a bonus.
We found the beds to be quite firm for our preference.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, and generally well maintained facilities and rooms + restaurant for other meals was also available + proximity to other restaurants and bars in the area
Extra charge for early check in that wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking + not a very inviting or clean pool

Pleasant
The pool was pleasant, the breakfast good and the room was nice and clean. It was not my first time in this hotel but I want to mention 2 staff members that jumped out in kindness and support. Driver "Kobi". He drove to various locations and always in a fest and safe way. He also told quite interesting things of the country and the Ghanaian way. A very pleasant, reliable, and kind man. A young guy behind the reception. I think his name was prosperity or something like that. A very kind and helpful person.
The other staff, specifically in the breakfast room, were not so inspiring. They were sitting around and did not even serve a cafe the second or third day.

Staff, location, vibe all were great. Room was very large ( executive suite). Breakfast also very good.
Room was very dark and kind of depressing. So many little things could be done to make it a more inviting space. Food was mediocre.

I really appreciated the hotel's location—peaceful and well-situated—with beautiful green views that added to the relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming,
While the room appeared clean at first glance, I was disappointed by the presence of numerous tiny insects, particularly in the wardrobe and around the bed frame. The wooden parts of the bed were so infested that I found myself constantly scratching. I reported the issue to the reception, and to their credit, they responded quickly and assured me the matter would be taken care of.
I left the room at 9:00 AM and returned at 6:30 PM, only to find that nothing had changed—aside from the noticeable smell of insecticide. I brought the issue up again with the front desk clerk, who promised to escalate it to the maintenance team. Unfortunately, when I returned later that night, the insects were still present in large numbers.
In addition, the mattress was not comfortable, which made the overall stay less pleasant.
I would also like to point out that the gym facilities appeared quite outdated and in need of renovation, which did not meet the expectations set by the hotel’s description.

Nice, quiet place. Rooms a bit dated by spacious. Pleasant evenings by the pool. Helpful & friendly staff. Good location.
Breakfast is basic. Same thing every day ... bacon, beans, mushrooms etc. Coffee is free but if you want a cappuccino, they charge 3 or 4 euros per cup.

The hotel needs a referbish, everything is old and tired. Except for the towels, which were fairly new. The breakfast was very average, and it was definitely not worth it. The staff were excellent, and the location was perfect.

breakfast was good, room was clean. Hotel was chosen on purpose because of activity in the small conference room, from this point of view very convenient to avoid evening traffic
swimming pool is more like bigger bath but it can help in hot days, was not very clean

Beautiful, clean, great vibes, very nice and inviting staff.
One important thing was lost in transition from airport to hotel in the hotels driving service’s. . The kitchen didn’t have all working equipment and appliances. Utensils needed to utilize the kitchen were not all provided. The toilet would get stuck and kept flushing and there seemed to be black mold growing on the leg of the sink where water collects from the shower.
