It was just a place to lay my head and very far from everything. I never ate breakfast because they ended the serving time at 10:00am. The restaurant serves some good food but must update their menu or be sure to have the foods listed on the menu. I couldn’t get a cheeseburger after multiple request during my 62 days of staying there. It was convenient staying here to reduce the stress on my sons coming to East Legon. The male who works at night is exceptional and very polite.
I didn’t like the fact that my personal items were stolen and then denied. This infuriated me. The housekeeper who cleaned my room was a thief and all they did was reassigned her. At times they micromanage visitors coming to visit. Many days there was no water which required me to call and ask them to turn on the water. Many times I had to go downstairs and have them reset my room key. This hotel does not have an elevator (lift) and the gym equipment is filthy and outdated. There was no ironing board or microwave oven in the room. I spoke with the manager, who is pleasant but she did not follow through on my request to change the phone cord. I could not hear through the static in the phone. Items I through away in the trash the night before I departed ended back up in the bedside night stand. Security at the gate were found sleeping several times. I highly recommend staying in East Legon or another reputable hotel. For the price I paid to stay here I left feeling very disappointed.

restaurant - if you are white fight for prices, because they are different for everyone and different every day. Breakfasts are monotonous and not as good as they used to be. The girls in the restaurant are nice, but focused on extorting money. Very nice and helpful service - cleaning staff, security, reception, laundry.

The staff were very polite and professional. They were very accommodating. The bed was comfortable, and the room was a good size.
There was a step into the bathroom and a step into the shower. This made it very difficult to access due to mobility issues.

The restaurant staffs are so rude, will never recommend this hotel to any other Americans, they treat Americans very bad, first day we got to hotel there was roaches every where in my room so they gotta change my room and there was roaches in fridge at the new room too

Reasonably clean and excellent staff
Reception could do with updating. Swimming pool are needs improvement. Future customers should be aware that roads around the hotel is in a poor sta state of repair.
