The studio apartment was a corner apartment which was roomy and facing the Accra Mall. That same night Black Sherif had a concert and I could see the whole concert from the terrace. It was wonderful.
The price was less expensive than other agencies that rent apartments at the Gallery, so I was very happy. Good price and very nice room, did not feel claustrophobic.

This place was filthy on the inside. The first thing I noticed was hair all over the family room table that we had to wipe off and how the walls over the family room couch we're filthy black! Secondly, within minutes, we noticed a roach, and they we're there our whole three night stay all day everyday. The bathroom and bedroom floors were disgusting, the toilets were not properly cleaned at all, the bathroom doorknob even fell off. I forgot to mention the refrigerator had leftover water bottles halfway full left in them, no paper towels, or kitchen soap provided. What really topped it off was on the 2nd day the electricity went off on us because the manager did not pay the bill, we had to leave the room for a few hours until he paid it. This was just a horrible place altogether. Lastly, after we had already put our card information online and came to the hotel, we were charged about $50 worth of extra fees that were not mentioned on the website! I will never come to the Gallery under Best Western Hospitality again. Shame on Bash, the manager. Unfortunately, we paid $410.00 for 3 nights only to stay in an outdated, filthy, roach motel.!.!.What a let down.... Oh, I forgot to add, we had to wait 2 hours to be let into our room because the manager was out of town. A group of 5 of us adults worked very hard to locate one of the co-hosts who finally came and let us in...

I stayed at Gallery Apartments, which is in a great location, but unfortunately the experience was ruined by the agency, Best West. Communication from them was horrific throughout. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, the apartment was dirty on arrival, and the air conditioning frequently failed—which was unbearable in 32°C heat. On my final day, there was a total power outage and the hosts were completely unresponsive. Avoid booking through Best West as the quality of their service and apartments are poor.
