The hotel was clean, quiet, friendly staff and nice breakfast.
The restaurant closes at 10pm then the whole place dies. Wish if there is a bar area that stays bit latter.

The hotel is aesthetically pleasing. It looks clean and the room was very large. It is as pictured. The food in the restaurant was quite good with large portions. The bed was very comfortable and the appliances worked.
Check-in was disjointed and the staff were not friendly. I had to wait over 30 minutes for them to finish cleaning the room before I could get into the room. It appeared as though they weren't expecting me because they asked if my reservation was for that day.
While I was getting settled in I asked to see the gym because I wanted to work out the next morning. I chose not to workout because the gym is in the same room as the salon with no dividers for privacy AND you have to walk through the dining room to get to and from the gym. Who wants to walk through the dining room after a sweaty workout?? The logistics are off with how they positioned the gym.
The airport must be fairly close because you can hear planes taking off or landing but fortunately they stopped before it got too late at night.
I ordered a meal but there was no silverware in the kitchen so fortunately I carry plastic ware but it should be available. I wanted to take a bath in the bathtub and the water came out a light brown color. For the price, these dislikes that I mentioned should not be something one faces at this hotel.

The serviced apartments are big and well equipped. They are perfect for a longer stay in Accra. The hotel rooms are also very good. Everything is clean. The personnel is - without exception - very nice. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes. There is a small gym.

The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is nice. The hotel also allowed a late check-out, which was highly appreciated.
The “spa” is actually just a massage room, not a full spa. The gym is a bit small but sufficient. There is no sauna available

Breakfast was great, really a good option when staying in self-catering. Staff very helpful and friendly. The apartment is spacious and was really good for us since we were attending an event and had lots of clothing etc. We could prepare easily, wash our clothes and iron whenever required. Being there for 7 days, was really a great place to stay, felt safe and was very comfortable, amenities all provided.
The facilities are dated, we had water leaking in the kitchen, the aircons stopped working at a point, the fridge was not put on before our arrival and took a bit long to cool. All maintenance issues were handled very quickly though.

The apartments were quite decent
Poor customer service from the staff. They claimed the place was busy and hence that was the reason. However, they are trained to work at maximum capacity. That is not an excuse for poor service. Especially the reception staff. They were extremely slow and one lady in particular during our check in was terrible to deal with.

We got to the hotel pretty early and they allowed us to check in earlier, our flight also got delayed and they allowed a late check out. They were professional and attentive, the food at the restaurant was also great. I love how quiet it was. Airport pick up and drop off were also free.
