The room is functional and Teddy (the manager) is reasonably keen to look after his guests, but unfortunately not often available. I didn't use the AC or the TV so I can't comment on that but I know they work. The balcony is pretty nice.
The neighbourhood is unbelievably loud. There are three roosters living around there and they start cuckle-a-dooing at 4:30 am. On top of that, sleeping on Friday and Saturday night feels like being under a tent in a festival, since bars around there put the volume of their speakers to the highest. People in the neighbourhood also often scream at each other in the street at 3:00 am or 5:00 am regardless of the day of the week. Closing the windows does not really help.
There is no reception, so if you're in a hurry and want to get a payment done quickly or a service to be fixed, you'll need to be patient as the laundry workers that are always around cannot help you with hotel stuff.

Feehi's place is just home away from home. You have your own kitchen with all you need. Perfect WiFi. Lovely staff. Clean room and bathroom. The vicinity is nice. I had a great time.

A warning!!!-In short: the violent host is rude and brutal. Specially warns women who travel alone or in groups of women. I arrived in the afternoon at Feehi's Place, the place and specifically the room really do not look like in the pictures, when I told this to the owner of the place he shouted at me and was very violent, aggressive and aggressive!, I should mention that I am a female traveler alone, he demanded that I leave his guesthouse and simply kicked me out. I had to look for another place and late in the evening. It should be noted that there was a holiday in Ghana yesterday and the power was busy and full, in the end I found another place thanks to your app. The owner of the place refuses to take my money to this day, even though he kicked me out and I didn't use his services

The staff was friendly, everything needed was provided and the location was very central -ideal to reach every destination at any chosen time.
In comparison to other guesthouses it’s a bit higher prized -which might stand in connection with the location.

Simple studio’s on a good location. They don’t clean often so make sure you bring your own towel (they only give one) I’ll stay here again when I’ll go to Ghana!
