The air conditioning in the apartment flooded the room with water. I was relocated to another room however the water was not hot. In the apartment and hotel room bathroom there's no place to put your toiletries. In the apartment there's no light over the mirror therefore it is difficult to see to put on your makeup.

The property was good value for money, but definitely can be found something better. For a short stay was fine, considering I have used the room only to sleep and shower.
The room needs a bit of restoration as the wall paint started to fall, and the AC was old and barely doing the job. However the Hit water problem heard in other reviews was sorted
Cleanliness, and the old furniture, old AC, the paint in the room. The food was quite bad both morning breakfast and pizza.(Morning looked like random ingredients left from a night before were added in - eggs with peas, chicken nuggets and some pancakes with dates inside and a weird forest-fruit syrup)

the receptionist all was lazy and one of them not friendly at all.

it was nice and family friendly, and very spacious with a great pool lounge area.
food took too long, staff is lost when you ask a question, nothing was available when you make a food or drink order. the breakfast was small and one way. ran out of toilet paper and staff would only give one when we are a family of five needed more, always have to ask. food over priced.
